London is has so much to offer and enjoy, enhanced by staying at a hotel that provides a very high level of service and satisfaction to its customers. We've stayed at hotels across the globe, but the Claridges experience is one of the best.

I typically enjoy stopping over in London on my way home to USA. Claridges perfect location, lovely place. Next time hope to get into tea and or check out the bar and or restaurant. Enjoyed walking neighborhood!

The lovely charming staff make this a very special treat, a wonderful feeling of luxury as soon as you enter the hotel. Attentive staff to look after you. The food is excellent, served in sumptuous surroundings.

A visit to Claridges always feels like the ultimate treat. We stayed for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary en route to Florence and the standard of service is truly immaculate - welcoming, friendly and professional but without any stuffiness or pretension. They also do an incredible job of keeping this 200 year hotel up to the standard of comfort and luxury expected at this level - rooms are beautifully appointed and whilst in keeping with the Art Deco period, every detail has been considered and no modern convenience overlooked, right down to the Dyson hairdryer. We ate bar snacks only but what a bar, and what bar snacks (please try the mini ice cream cones!). They were also kind enough to let us order one of their famous chicken pies form the Foyer restaurant to eat in the bar and I can highly recommend that you try it! The Fumoir bar is possibly our favorite bar in the world and they really know how to mix a cocktail. Staying at Claridges feels like stepping out of reality and into another altogether much more pleasant world for a (regretfully) short time.

Such a classically elegant hotel with 5 star service ... everybody is treated like an aristocrat Bellman wear tails and top hats Oldest working elevator in all of London . Famous high tea in the beautiful lobby salon By the way, I love the Claridges Bar Bartenders are so damn good Best Old Fashioned I've ever had Perfectly square ice cubes And baddass crystal rocks glass ...

There really is no other hotel as exceptional as Claridges. From the decor of the Art Deco rooms to the excellence and warmth of the staff, it is a treat to stay there. While there are some great choices in London, Claridge's truly is like another home and the staff goes all out to make you feel welcome.

Unless you are a regular Claridge's visitor, ensure your room matches the website. The hotel is under going refurbishment and the website apparently shows refurbished rooms, but not all rooms have been refurbished. Also, rooms at the back of the hotel suffer noise from construction trucks in the early morning. On the other hand, staff service and front of house are excellent.

For sure this place could tell a tale or two, it's a wonderful place and the rooms are decorated in a style matching the classic place. For us something was missing but no way could I say anything other than positive about the place.

From the moment you step through the doors of this beautiful building you enter a world of luxury. The welcome from reception staff is so genuine and warm. The room was outstanding from the Art Deco furnishings to the marble bathroom. Everywhere in the hotel is exceptionally clean. All the staff are so friendly and the food is superb

I have stayed at Claridges several times and its one of the most beautiful hotels in the world, but on my last visit the standard of service and food had slightly slipped. Room service order was incorrectly delivered, food in the lounge was luke warm and seamlessness and standard of service was not up to the level of my previous experiences. Expectations at properties like Claridges are high and it is still exceptional and one of London's great pleasures, but it needs a little improvement in certain areas.
