Crowded...kids loved it though..food good but pricey

Has bedbugs

The waterpark experience was a hit for my grandkids. The food was below par especially at price of selections. Some staff were polite, others rude…not consistently customer focused. Beds were uncomfortable and not put to par of other hotels. Room decor was outdated and cramped. Bathroom very small with sink outside the bathroom.

Im very much so torn in the middle about the entire stay. First negative thing it was all very confusing. Where to go, how to get there and where to stay! After I finally figures out how to get to the actual hotel (directions take you through a parking garage) we were told if we hadnt booked through a 3 person we could have stayed at the main hotel. SERIOUSLY!?! Instead we had to stay at the Stone Hill Lodge. Blah! The room was tiny. It was so small the sink wouldnt even fit in the bathroom. I understand that you're pretty much paying for the experience but these rooms really need updating. The carpet throughout the entire hotel is gross and coming up. The rooms are dark and outdated. The beds...So9 UNCOMFORTABLE! The restaurant wasnt very good at all. My husband received a very rare hamburger after asking for well done. The pizza deal through room service was so greasy we just threw it away. Sadly the kid water park there closes early. Several hours earlier than the rest. So we didnt get to try it. The shuttle bus to and from waterpark is a good idea but a waste. We finally gave up and just took our own car and parked at the other hotel. The buses only come around about every 15 minutes. They are so cramed full because everyone is standing and waiting for it to come back. People are standing all over you and hangg on to racks. (Shuttle bus driver was nice!)The main water park was nice. The lazy river was a hit! My 3 year old had fun but well stay somewhere else next time.

Nice Family Waterpark/resort. Plenty to do which is included in price package. Some arcade activities cost extra but worth it IMHO. Only one complaint and it was handled most efficently not even worth mentioning in this review, just pointing out have people pleasing the Hospitality Staff are.

Everything was great except the pizza at grizzly grill was way too cheesy and cheesy fell off the pizza and wasn’t cut very well. The options at the frozen yogurt place was just okay, I thought would be better options and most toppings were empty. Other than that everything was really enjoyable, great place for family adventures and fun! Rooms are comfortable and clean. As well as staff were friendly and helpful.

The pools were amazing. Very safe environment. Not enough seating at water park.

If your name is Fred Flintstone then you will love the bed because its HARD as a ROCK. If you didn’t have back problems don”t you worry because the beds will give you both neck and back aches. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on floor. When I called front desk they said they can send maintenance to my room to check the bed. But what is maintenance going to do ?! I need a new bed not my shower fixed. Overall the water park is nice but we have water parks back home. It’s about 40 minute drive to downtown gatlinburg

We loved this place. Family friendly and we got to stay here on our honeymoon

The room above us was extremely loud and rowdy. We were unable to sleep in past 7 am due to the constant banging sometimes so loud it shock the walls of our room!

N/a

We loved the pools, slides, and attractions. Something for everyone. And the prices weren’t bad at all for the food.

We had an excellent time. Way beyond my expectations, will definitely come back. My kids loved it and didn’t wanted to leave the resort.

Our stay was Absolutely everything! I will definitely be bringing my kids back!

It was an awesome place to stay…

I didn't see other guest wearing mask
