Absolutely love this place. I’ve been going there for years. My parents go there as well anytime any of us stay in the area it’s always so clean and the staff is always amazingly friendly. Housekeeping is absolutely awesome as well.

This is a great hotel. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and the hotel is clean. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfy. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast and everything was stocked well. We will return to this hotel and recommend to friends.

Very clean, new looking paint, We enjoyed watching the sunset while soaking in the hot tub. The iridescent tiles in the hot tub were beautiful. The hot tub jets weren't very strong. The temperature of the pool was nice. The sheets were soft but we felt itchy because we were probably sensitive to the laundry detergent or softener. The apple smell in the hall smelled good but set off my allergies. We did not smell cigarette smoke smell anywhere.

The property was in a good location. Close to outlets, not far from anywhere! Looking forward to a nice breakfast was a disaster. Not sure if too crowded in Pigeon Forge or if the hotel needs to address overcrowding in the breakfast area. Seems rather small for hotel size. Definitely unable to enjoy breakfast. Choice was rather limited also

Amazing service!

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, and the staff were so helpful. When I asked for extra linen, they brought it right away. Later, when I needed milk for my kids at night, one staff member went out of his way to get it, going up to the breakfast area to bring us two cups. Their kindness and quick service made our stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and excellent service!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very pretty, great location. The room was really nice, and clean. We had 5 people in our room, and we never felt like we were crowded. Close to so many things to do, great things. Thank you for a great stay.

We loved the fireplace and fire pit. Room was clean and spacious. A nice plus was the whirlpool bath in the room. Only negative worth mentioning is the HVAC unit in the room is a little too noisy.
