Love the wristbands as keys and the fact that I was able to text them whenever I needed anything. Rooms were amazing, spacious, super clean.

The property was very clean and spacious. The pools were a bit small but overall very fun
Beware of the extended time needed to check-in due to being sent to "concierge" to get extra keys to the room and be pressured into signing up for their sales presentation, even after you respectfully and politely decline. I had 4 small children in the care very hungry and tired after a long car ride and they would not listen when I kept saying I needed to get the keys and go. Insisted on gathering my information and screening me. They wouldn't give you the extra room key or "wristbands" without going through this step. Really upset me after a 10 hour car ride with small children. Then the staff lady wanted to argue with me that I was pre registered for the presentation, even though I just reserved the room through Orbitz a few days prior. She went back and forth with me and I just wanted to get the heck out of there and go to my room and feed my kids.
The rooms provide a good amount of space for families and some privacy for parents. The staff was friendly but I felt like everything was a sales pitch. They asked me the same questions three times during check in. Our room was on the bottom floor and was a little dirty. My wife wasn’t happy that there were a lot of spiders. Most of the amenities were closed due to COVID-19 so I cannot really rate the amenities. We may have enjoyed the room more if it were on an upper floor. We felt like we were in the basement.
Getting a parking pass was time consuming as the marketing folks issuing the pass won’t take “no” for an answer.

Liked the size of the room and liked having kitchen and laundry. Liked the pool. The carpets might need more frequent cleaning. I'm not a neat freak, *but* at home we can walk around in socks all day (on the carpet) and they stay white. At this place, socks get visibly dirty from being worn around the room for just an hour or so.
I like the room where we stay there is plates spoons , all utensil basically that you will need. So if you forgot some stuff its already provided on the room.The room is spacious and furniture is top of the line. Confious on how to set up TV. Would be nice if there is direction how to set it up. The main pool outside is close is under renovation for month of June, So that a big dissapointment. The stuff are so friendly, they let us to check in early. All in all is a great experice for our family.
