The tall and thin young black with a pair of spectacle missed my check in registration and sleep while on duty. He also said that he can without reasonable circumstances keep me out of the hostel.

I stayed here 3 years ago and enjoyed it and the staff. However after booking and flying 13 hours I arrived to no assigned room and after finding one having to checkout by 10AM and staying out all day to check in again at 2PM.
I liked how clean and safe it was. I was not amused by the large group of high schoolers that woke me up at 7am on the last day of my stay.
It was a long walk to get to the hostel from the back side.. But once I got there it was quite a pleasant stay! Friendly staff and quite a lot to do! Location is a bit far from public transportation if you're walking other than that everything was quite pleasant!
Hostel was fine. Just fine. Nothing really stood out; it was a little dirty but not terribly so. No events with the hostel so it missed out a lot on the "meeting new friends" aspect of hostels that I love. Located in the middle of the park so it's a ~10 minute to to the Tube no matter which direction you go.
The location is unbeatable. The price was great too, but I don't think I would ever sleep in a bedroom with 33 beds again... It was really stuffy with that many people in the room. A night or two would be reasonable but not for four days! Great location, though.
The hostel is in the middle of a park, you have to walk a long way through at times dark alley in order to get there. If you get in at night, that walk does not feel safe. There is no sign to let you know you're in the right path. Google maps doesn't indicate the proper location either. Otherwise, it's not very loud, the staff was kind of indifferent and didn't want to be bothered. Saw many teenagers, which was not an issue. Overall it is OK, but again, it took a while to find the place and the walk there at night was very unpleasant since it's in the middle of a park/ forest.
Tremendous. Wish I could stay longer. The only thing might be a bit of walk from tube and bus stop. But doesn't bothers me too much. The terrace and surrounding amazing. But I would expect the could put a kitchen and fridge for guest to use. Which it will be perfect.
Amazing hostel. Great location, in a beautiful park and building. Spacious and clean rooms; each bed has curtains, a lamp, and a power outlet. Clean bathroom and toilets. Staff is AMAZING. I had a heavy luggage and they helped me carry it to my room. Thank you so much! I recommend 200%!
