Always nice to stay, nice rooms, well connected with the tube. Today, Akmal Butt from the reception went the last mile: he fixed my issue with boarding passes applying all tech solutions avail, well done, chapeau!

This is the first time we have stayed in Canary Wharf, my husband having booked this for a night’s stay to celebrate our birthdays. It was a short and pleasant walk from the underground. The reception staff were efficient although not over-friendly. Our apartment was absolutely fine - extremely clean and had everything you could need. The bathroom again was scrupulously clean. This place was at the higher end of the price that we usually pay and we did feel that not being able to check in to our apartment until 4pm was a little late, but we would recommend this place to others and would return.

Great location in Canary Wharf. Great room with loads of space. Would have been 5 star but music equipment abit out of date as docking stations were for iphone 5. Recommend Frasers over a hotel room any time.

This is our third stay here and the experience just gets better. The staff are always helpful and very informative. We stayed in a one bedroom deluxe this time and we had a beautiful view from our balcony (please see picture). I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very clean, cosy and very quiet... a nice apartment to relax for the weekend - it has the essentials you need which you would have at home. I will continue to stay here in the future.

Excellent stay, Modern and well maintained. Picked apartment we wanted to stay in but next day after checking in- room was changed to a smaller one. However without any issues was given the room I had selected. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. No instruction manual on electric hob, But food turned out very good. Instruction manual for other equipment. Sofa bed was out when we arrived, and staff had to minimise it for us. Upon leaving next morning in the bedroom we found a pair of female H&M large black underwear hidden by the balcony curtains. We all found it amusing so didn't realise it as an issue. Lots of tea to choose from downstairs. Lots of car park space. Walking distance to breakfast Club

Nice size rooms. Looks nice. But could be cleaner. Room stinks of curry. Perhaps previous guests cooked a lot with curry in the room? Not so pleasant. Place has potential if they kept it cleaner and more luxurious. One bottle of water placed inside the refrigerator which isn’t even turned on. And just one bottle for the entire stay. Should be one bottle daily.

Excellent apartment!!! we have stayed here a few times now it has great facilities for a family. Ideal if you have a baby fully equipped kitchen for eating, washing baby bottles and microwave for sterilising baby bottles! Older kids loved the view of the boats! Easy access for driving in to central London and seeing all the sights! See you later in the year for a next trip!

Good points: I had a lovely greeting from the staff when I arrived. The room was lovely. Great view of the Marina Excellent professional customer service from receptionist called Sophia Bad points: Breakfast finishes at 10:30am 10min walk to nearest tube station Not much to do in the area Rude Polish staff

Stayed here for two nights location was great for what we needed. Checked in Saturday night after 9pm the two lads on front reception where excellent had a couple minor problems during the stay and dealt with them straight away. Apartment was clean and tidy main bedroom bed was very comfy. Was a bit concerned that we could not open the balcony door during our stay even one of the reception staff came up to try but it would not open. The other down side was after a long day out and about around London attractions we came back to our apartment on the seventh floor and neither entry card would work so had to go all the way back down to have them reset I know this can be wiped if next to your mobile phone but one was in a handbag and the other in my coat pocket away from a phone yet both wiped. The last negative was we had a funeral to attend on Monday morning in Nottingham @10:20 so wanted to be on the road early so checked out around 05:30 asked the chap on the front desk how I exit the car park and he said pull up to the gates and I will let you out after sitting at the gates for nearly ten mins I then had to go in and remind him not the best start to the day. The accommodation was generally ok and suited our needs .

We were travelling to London for an anniversary trip to see Jimmy Carr at the Hammersmith Apollo. We decided to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel purely based on price and value for money. The room (806) was perfect - immaculate with everything we could need. To get a hotel in central London to the same spec you’d be looking at in excess of £150 more for the night than here. I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting London at the weekend to stay here and just get the tube in - it runs all night anyway and Canary Wharf at the weekend is beautifully quiet so a nice contrast!
