Staff responsiveness to complaints is poor. The girls and staff in the restaurant are very much uninterested and dull

Great location, excellent staff, restaurant dinner very good. Expectation of quiet afternoon drink in hotel bar off lobby discouraged by blasting music in an empty room. Other couple traveling with us had to change rooms twice due to leaking ceiling and no a/c.

Easy access to the tube, two blocks away. The tube is easy to understand and provides access to the sites of London.

We had a great time here. The location was super convenient being a short walk to the tube, tons of restaurants, grocery store and Hyde park. The breakfast buffet was extensive with salad, sausage, eggs, toast, beans, fruit and more. Large seating room so we never had to wait. The room was a little tight for the 4 of us-- luckily we had 2 large cases vs 4 small ones so that made floor space a little better. Overall great place !

If you book this hotel through a third-party site, you will receive a discounted room experience. In hindsight, paying a bit more would have been preferable to being in a cramped room without a space to open the suitcases and a tiny shower stall. I did not see the full-price rooms, but at the very least they must be larger. That said, the location is excellent: walking-distance to the V&A museum, Science Museum, Harrods, Earl's Court.

Easy access to Underground allowed us to return to the room to relax and/or freshen up when needed. Our first night we were in a room that the air conditioning wasn't working, it was 29 Celsius in our room and the phone was not working. The front desk couldn't reassign us to a new room that night, but did so the next day. They were very happy to assist. The hotel is also on the line that goes directly to Heathrow. That allowed us to enjoy the morning of our last day with out worry of getting to the airport on time.

Fantastic location - it's in a safe, upscale neighborhood - walking distance to restaurants, the underground, galleries, parks etc. It's a clean & comfortable hotel, with friendly staff & has a great bar/lounge with a fabulous piano player - a relaxing end to your day. Having the breakfast room is convenient. Really nice bathroom & shower in our room. We will stay here again.

Let me start with the comment that the staff is excellent and was compatible to hotels that are much more expensive. The rooms are very clean and very nice. Like most European hotel rooms, they are small but better than you would expect. The only negatives are the room AC does not cool very well and the hotel does not have a business center for printing.

The staff was super helpful, and the hotel was only a few blocks from the Glouster Road underground station, which is on three lines, making access to anywhere in London a quick train ride away.

Super easy location, quiet, the hotel staff were very accommodating and lovely.

Nice staff and good service, and the location is very convenient, you can just walk down to the wholefoods,Hyde park and the underground within10 minutes,it was the good experience when we started over there.

We stayed at this hotel for a long layover in London. It was in a nice location near a Underground station and shopping. The rooms were big and bathroom was nice. However the bed was TERRIBLE. The mattress was completely worn. It needed to be replaced badly.

I was staying alone and the room I got was certainly for singles. The hotel is old (it is London) but very well kept up with a super modern bathroom. The staff was great and very helpful. The location is super - right next to the Underground and in a very safe area. The breakfast was well worth it too.

Unfortunately on our trip, my husband got very sick. The hotel staff was not helpful during this challenging time. Once he was able to eat again, the restaurant in the hotel was closed - there were no beverages available at all once the restaurant was closed, aside from the bathroom faucet (not appealing when you've been sick). I went to the store and purchased food for him to eat, and when I asked for assistance in heating it up, I was answered with an eye roll, and then told I couldn't be helped due to f&b laws. I understand food laws, however there should be a place to warm your food while food is not available, and there should always be a way to purchase beverages. The manager did find a way to help me after I asked for the owners contact information - there was a microwave in a junior suite that I was able to use. Being horribly sick in another country is bad enough - when you can't feel somewhat comfortable in the hotel you chose to stay in, it is incredibly disappointing. There were a couple of the housekeepers and front desk associates who were very nice, but I would not recommend this hotel overall.

I booked this hotel on Orbitz at their suggestion. There were a few surprises - mostly pleasant. I arrived at 7:30 AM and the check-in starts at 2 PM. The lady at the front desk allowed me to get a room immediately at no extra charge. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the very accessible Grosnevor Rd tube station and on Cromwell Rd - a very good address with safe walking in the area at night. The Holiday Inn is next door, Best Western and Crown Plaza across the street. The 3rd floor single room with twin bed was surprisingly small but adequate for my needs. The room, bathroom, elevators, and hotel in general was modernized and clean. Another surprise was the free smartphone which came with the room. I used it for navigating by car to Heathrow and for making and receiving several calls. The front desk said I could have even called America with it for free. At check-out, I was pleased to discover that it truly was free and there were no extra charges at the hotel other than my prepaid 5-day stay amount which for Central London was I believe, excellent value. There was a small bar fridge in the room as well as a kettle and coffee and tea - which they replenished daily. I didn't use the dining / breakfast room although I understand this would be an add-a reasonable add-on if pre-booked or slightly more if on demand. Overall, I will again use this hotel for my next stay. My only complaint was the slightly unreliable manual wake-up call service but set an alarm too.

hotel staff are so nice .. i like the breakfast .. but the room is very small ..

Room was rather small, but okay for me. No iron or alarm clock, but had a small fridge and you could make tea. Hotel staff helpful. Free breakfast not available to everyone (possibly those going through Orbitz, or similar group, do not get it).

Orbitz did not properly inform the hotel business office about my reservation and after more than a half hour of yes I do - no you don't, the issue was cleared up but I did not endear myself to the front desk staff. From that point forward, the support of the front desk was marginal. After getting to my room, I realized that I had not been given a code for the internet so I called and was told that they would call me back. They never did, so I tried again and when they called me back after a very long time I was on the phone. I finally went downstairs and was told that I had to pay for internet service. I assumed that from the beginning and if they had addressed it at the time of check-in I would not be writing this note. Very nice hotel but an unfavorable initial experience.

Staff very nice, breakfast was fantastic, close to various restaurants, no free Wi-Fi.

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us at the Park International Hotel. As mentioned we do have rooms larger than the standard bedrooms. Please look at our Suite options and Heritage rooms.
