The front desk staff were very helpful. The location is great with a quick walk to Kensington gardens, and convenient stores and tube on Gloucester road. The property is a bit like a maze to get around and the rooms could use refurbishing

Great stay and location. Very close to a Tube station making it easy to get everywhere in London. Rooms were showing their age but I understand they are doing a major upgrade this summer which would give it a 5 star rating. Would definitely stay again

Location

This was a great location, lobby is beautiful and staff were kind with a restaurant on site. Gym was out of service for restoration for the year which would’ve been nice to know prior to booking. Our room was small and dark but fine and clean. The bathroom was large but the sink didn’t drain. Not exactly a luxury experience but not a horrible one either.

The hotel room was beautiful and quite spacious which was great. However the gym and public office work areas were both closed, leaving me to have to sit in the lobby with my laptop to complete some work when I arrived early. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, just would have liked to have all the amenities available as advertised.

Our stay was poor due to us being given a different room type than the one we had booked. The room we were allocated was not suitable for a family including a senior citizen.

Pros: nice staff, nearby underground station, grocery store, and laundromat. Room service changed sheets, towels, and garbage Cons: very outdated lobby (chipped paint, stained carpets). Found live cockroach in our bathroom, housekeeping splattered white paint (?) in our suitcases. AC did not work well. Stains on throw pillow and chair in our room Overall convenient but overpriced for the quality/condition.

The location is great, and staff super nice and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, especially the vegetables and eggs (cooked perfect). The room was not clean, especially the toilet when first checking in. I was super jet lagged and did not have the energy to ask for a different room. The carpet was also not clean, and bed-mattress was clunky
