My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Rushmore. The staff was friendly. The location is excellent. It's right around the corner from the Earl's Court station. Our room was more spacious than previous hotel rooms we've stayed at in London. The water pressure in the shower was good. The only bad thing about this hotel is the steep, narrow staircases.
I have staying in that hotel for two nights. The room is very small, old and neglected. The shower is like 1 sq.m. There is renovation beside the hotel next to my window causing a massive !! noise and preventing rest. No one mentioned that when i booked (they should have as i could consider the "adventure"). The tv did not work, and when i apply the receptionist about, their nothing she can do. The breakfast was very poor, very unpleasant and thick dining room. no service sing so the cleaner just "jumped" into my room. I have complained about all in front of two separat receptionist and demand for compensation, but they did nothing due to the weekend manager off, they even did not call him !!!. If you care about your money, stay away !!!
I stayed for six nights. Location is brilliant, staff are just gorgeous and so helpful. Room was perfectly adequate for one person. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you so much!
The Rushmore hotel is a nice hotel for a short visit. It is clean, well situated and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is simple, but fresh and enough to get you going. However there is no elevator in this hotel, so if you are staying on the fourth floor it feels like gym membership. But again if you are staying for one or two nights I higly recommend it. (Btw the room on the fourth floor is very spacious, has great light and is cool being a garret.)
This was the perfect spot for a low cost hotel. Right around the corner from an Underground stop - Earl's Court. Be prepared to carry your luggage as there is no lift. The hotel staff was great and very friendly. Everything was clean and the breakfasts were amazing.
Excellent location literally round the corner from Earls Court tube station. There are also lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. Hairdryer and kettle are provided in the room. Free wifi. Breakfast was continental - could have been a bit better but for the price paid was perfectly serviceable. Staff were very pleasant. We would stay again and recommend to others. A gem of a 3 star hotel!
I stayed two nights with my daughter at the hotel. was received by the lady who said we have charged you already. Room on third floor up very steep stairs and quite small. Breakfast very average . We were allowed to leave luggage before we got the room and leave it after we signed out .
Really great value for your money. Personal is super nice. Breakfast was better than I expected, good variety. Location is amazing. No lift was inconvenient when bringing bags to the top floors... Overall very good experience. Would stay again and recommend others :)
I felt that this hotel represents good value for money. We stayed for two nights while visiting London and found it perfect for our purpose. We stayed in a ground floor room which was situated adjacent to the reception area. We did wonder if we'd be disturbed but, apart from the odd mumble, it was peaceful. The room was very clean and perfectly adequate for our stay......would have been happy to stay for longer. The continental breakfast had plenty of choice - sweet and savoury. The only negative comment that I would make with regard to breakfast is that the croissants could have been a bit fresher and the coffee/hot water were lukewarm by the time we made an appearance at 9.10am. The hotel is in an excellent position. Although just round the corner from an underground station, convenience stores, eateries, chemist etc, it's situated in a relatively quiet, part residential street. However, the real plus to this hotel is its staff - always courteous and helpful, they made a positive difference to our break. I would certainly chose this hotel again.
Our room was quite large and the bathroom was a fair size. Very good standard of cleanliness but the furniture had seen better days. We were on the 4th floor, phew you need to be quite fit! We overslept and missed breakfast but our friends said it was not very good. However this is a good location and we didn't have any real concerns and overall fair value for money.
