The breakfast was good and breakfast area was well maintained. It did not have elevators and if you have heavy bags it is difficult to climb the stairs.

Our family of four had a great stay at Rushmore Hotel recently while on vacation. We really liked the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming, and took care of all our needs. We also liked the location. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Earl's Court underground tube station, so it was very easy for us to get to all the London attractions. There are many restaurants close to the hotel. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience during our stay.

Great Earl's Court neighborhood in Kensington. Lots of restaurants and shops in a safe area.

This is a lovely London hotel close tot the Earl's Court tube stop. It does not have an elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, don't stay here. We loved their breakfast buffet in the morning and we thought the staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay.

Great location, adequate breakfast and nice staff. No elevator.

The hotel is very conveniently located - one minute walk to the Earl's Coart station. If you like walking, most tourist attractions including British Museum and The Strand, where are lots of theaters are within 1.5 hour. 15 minutes to the Museum of Natural History and Victoria & Albert Museum. Plenty of good restaurants. The hotel provides continental breakfast including cold cuts and hot hardboild eggs which was adequate for us. Room was pretty but small. The only real drawback was that we got a room on the 4th level, 60 steep steps up. We are close to 70 and it was hard to the degree that on the 3rd day we had to ask for another room on a lower level, which the hotel manager immediately provided. However, even to the 1st floor you need to go up 22 steps, and to the breakfast room you go down another 22 steps.

This hotel is located a few steps from Earls Court station on the Piccadilly line (zone 1). It was very easy to get there from Heathrow and use the tube to go to all the tourist sites. Staff were very friendly and even let me check in at noon so I could leave my bag and go sightseeing. Room was ok and had private bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Hotel could use some renovation but, for the price, this is a great deal.

Rooms are extremely small, I mean literally extremely small. I am very thin and I just managed to stay under shower without hitting the walls, someone big can't get under shower. But, that's what I expected for the money I paid. Rooms are decently clean, staff was friendly and breakfast just ok. So it's a decent place to stay if you just need a place to sleep, in a safe neighborhood with a minute walk from Tube.

Even though there were aspects of the hotel which were disappointing, it's nice to receive some positive compliments about your experience as a whole.
