Flights Review

Mar 12, 2020

Our baggage came in on an earlier flight, we went to the baggage ck office and the attendant did not tell us our bags were in the back room pulled off the carrousel and we waited and waited! I happened to see my bag in the room with a partially opened door!!

Feb 16, 2020

Seats are awful

Jan 13, 2020

Got a great price on the ticket. First time on Frontier. Paid more for carry on luggage than most airlines. Charge for everything. Seats were stiff and uncomfortable. Seats did not recline. Safely got to my destination. Great flight.

Dec 7, 2019

To much for me.. too many questions..

Dec 2, 2019

Nice to have free sodas, coffee, etc and free snack. SO much better service & comfort than United. AA is good flight

Nov 26, 2019

Had to use wheelchair service & it was first rate.

Nov 14, 2019

Arrival and departure safely was and is always a priority. Seating is always uncomfortable.

Sep 21, 2019

My tray was broken made my gate check my bag due to crowded flight. I am 71 years old and I made it to baggage claim by walking at DIA 20 minutes ahead of my bag.

Jul 12, 2019

there was a non functioning machine not marked as such . The touch screen was not matched to choice. Staff new it but discussed how another desk agent would not allow it to be taken out of service . They discussed marking it as out of service and taking the sign down when ‘she’ arrived. It made me feel frustrated and stupid to struggle with that kiosk.
