The location was OK - near Victoria Station - but the room was tiny, shabby, with spots on the rug, needed paint, and the bathroom had a terrible smell of damp. Never again!

As it says in title Only stayed one night Location close to Victoria station which was what I needed Despite lobby and nice staff the hotel rooms were grim

I didn't satisfied with stay at this hotel. It is humidity in the room, smelling dirty...

This is a good place for London. The rooms are small, but adequate.

It was very pleasant, located next to restaurants and you have the Victoria rail just a few steps away

We are thankful to have found the Comfort Inn Victoria. It's the perfect location half a block to the Tube and National Rail in central London. The staff was lovely, they have free wifi and sleeps more than just 2 people per room. Breakfast was also included in our reservation. It's a small thing but we also liked that the hair dryer was outside the bathroom so that two people can get ready simultaneously. And there was coffee/tea in the room. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights during our honeymoon. The location was perfect- across the street from Victoria Station which offered access to multiple tube lines. However, the room was extremely small, probably 8x8 feet. There was about 1 foot of space on either side of the bed, with 2 feet of space at the bottom (half of which was occupied by furniture). We literally couldn't put our large suitcase on the floor to open it- there wasn't enough space! The bed was uncomfortable, and there was only one very flat pillow per person. The room would've been much better suited for 1 person who was only staying a night or two. The hotel included breakfast, which was convenient, but nothing special. They offered mini muffins, croissants, toast, cereal, coffee, and juice. Nothing hot, and no fresh fruit. It was nice that this was included. For the price, I'd recommend looking somewhere else, especially if traveling with multiple people.

Had stayed here 2 years ago, and was pleased to see the updated lobby and breakfast area. Front desk staff was excellent; worked with us to find transportation out to Gatwick. The breakfast is a real added value! I would definitely stay here again.

First off, staff was marginally friendly. They appeared to hate their job. The beds were like bricks, the pillows way too soft. The cleaning staff didn't clean very well. Dust everywhere in the bathroom: on the Kleenex box, the back of the tub. All they did was change the towels and make the bed. Then on the last night out toilet overflowed and they couldn't do anything about it because it was after 8:00 p.m. They didn't offer us more towels to replace the ones we used to wipe the floor, they don't own a plunger, which would have fixed it, and they didn't offer/have another room to put us in. All they could say was : "Sorry for the inconvenience." I would NEVER stay there again or any other Comfort Inn

The location for this hotel is excellent, right across from Victoria Station. The hotel is average, the room is clean enough BUT the bathroom smelled awful, it wasnt dirty... just that terrible smell... Fortunately, we were not in the room for the whole day... Hopefully something could be done in order to get that sewer smell out of there.

The hotel was close to the Victoria Station, but it was very cramped. We booked a room for 3 adults and 1 child. The room would have be small for two people. We had a full sized bed with 2 roll a ways crammed in. We could hardly move! I was expecting a small room, but this was unacceptable. The hotel was VERY pricey for what we got.

We went to London to see the musical Wicked. The hotel is a short walk down the street from the theater and across the street fom Victoria Station. Breakfast was more plentiful than some hotels we have stayed in. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

The hotel was located in a perfect location for our stay. Two blocks away from the Victoria Station, you could easily get access via metro (or tube as they call it over there) train or bus to anywhere in the city. It was located about 10-15 mins walking distance from the Buckingham Palace. Restaurants, cafes and shops were very near the hotel. About 2 blocks from it, there is a street that had a supermarket, and restaurants from Indian and Brazilian to Mexican and French. Beautiful location with lots of access to amenities. Wireless internet as well as the breakfast were free and great. The room was a bit small for 3 full grown adults; however we barely spent any time in the hotel as we were out all the time on the 5 days of our stay. I would highly recommend it, for price, location, comfort and amenities

The location was great, friendly staff, can't ask for much more!

The lights were out over my bathroom sink - but they fixed them the next morning. At the price of $150/night all-in, it was a find to have my own bathroom with working shower, a decent breakfast, within a few blocks of Victoria Station and across the street from a tavern.

Hotel is located 5 min walk to Buckingam palace, ( can not beat that). Staff is very nice, Wi-fi is great, Continental breakfast is modest but enough. No signs of bed bugs( as it was sais in 1of the reviews)

The hotel appeared to be clean at first glance. But after a night of itching and scratching, we found a bed bug in bed. We had never seen a bed bug before. So to be sure, we crushed it and it was full of blood. Horrified, we asked to change rooms. The staff was helpful and gave us a different room. But it was the same story with the new room. One thing we observed is that neither of the staff members seemed surprised at all when we complained about the bed bugs at two different times. So we believe this is something that has been going on at the hotel for a while. But apparently nothing or nothing adequate has been done to eliminate the problem. The first room we were given was really cramped and was in the basement. There was a lot of noise from upstairs. The second room was more spacious and on an upper floor. The location of the hotel is convenient. But nothing can make up for the horror of finding bed bugs in your bed.

Do not compare to hotels in US cities. For London, this hotel is great for value and location. Yes, sound proofing leaves a little to be desired, but free breakfast and internet, clean rooms, and other than noise of banging doors if you have some particularly noisy neighbours, I didn't think there was much issue of noise from inside other rooms. Steps away from Victoria station and many theatres and restaurants or places for a quick meal. A great pub across the road as well as a cafe next door.

This had to be the worst hotel experience of my life. When we arrived we were greeted by the rudest man I have ever met, who seemed to have lost our reservation and told us to come back at 2pm for check in. When we arrived, he was no where to be found. We stood there so long that we actually began calling the hotel to see if we could find someone, which didn't work. He finally came out from the back with a plate full of food, I guess we interrupted his lunch. So sorry! He proceeded to send us to our "room" which was more like their basement, when we complained he told us there were no other rooms, so we were stuck. The room was underground, the exhaust fan in the bathroom wouldn't turn off(which we were told was normal, but I don't know how someone would ever be able to sleep with that thing on) the AC made a loud "knocking" sound all night long even when it was off, and our view...well didn't exist because we were underground. We asked for towels twice and they didn't show up til 2 hours later, and when we asked about using their wifi, the front desk attendant(who is the same guy from earlier that day) lied and said he would waive the fee for our troubles. The next day we found out that the internet fee was actually included in our original booking. The only positives about this place was their location and the breakfast.

Great Location close to Victoria Station which made it easy for us to catch the train to the Dover Port to catch our Cruise. Our room had a small air conditioner; however it did very little in cooling off our room. Our room was rather small and the hallways were very narrow. Very pleasant front desk staff. Great free continental breakfast. Overall not a bad deal for one night. The location can't be beat!
