Hotel under renovation My room on sixth floor was above the whole lower floor, if ur wanting long quiet lie in forget it. Also boiler overhaul for 36 hrs, disruption to hot water. Spoke to housekeeping for unnecessary letting doors bang, going in and out to do their job doesn’t require the doors to be left to slam shut, consideration for guest is more thought off closing them properly. Apart from my moans the hotel is nice and new renovated rooms are smart

Reception staff were really helpful and also assisted with directions to places I needed to go to. Room was clean. Breakfast was amazing and the staff there couldn’t help enough. The only downside was the pillows on the bed. They were that flat when you lay on them they might as well not be there.
