There has been a total revamp of this hotel since I last stayed here. The improvements were long over due and now the hotel has caught up with modern times. The location has always been perfect, a stones throw from Paddington station and just down the road from the famous Oxford Street and accessible to all of london’s most major attractions. What I love even more about this hotels refit, is the new bar Roba Bar which is the diamond in their crown. The staff are so nice and welcoming with their service I could find no fault. They conjured up a fabulous looking (as well as tasting) Mai Tai. along with which, I was presented with a small selection of peanuts and olives. What more could a girl ask for? I was in seventh heaven. Certainly a great place to stay with a brilliant bar.
This is my place of choice every time I go to London. While rooms are a bit small, they are clean, comfortable, and pretty (except some rooms that have a small flight of stairs upon the entrance). Breakfast is also very nice with a vast selection of things. There are a few sour faces amongst the employees working there, but most of them are really great. The best is the location: a few steps away form Paddington Station (metro and trains), Edgware Road, and Lancaster gate, and within walking distance from many nice Lebanese restaurants. You can also walk to Hyde Park, Bond Street, Regent Street, and Soho if you like long walks. I would come here again next time I visit London.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent service. Ideal location. Room was very spacious. Stayed in one of the executive rooms. Breakfast decent. Only complaint is that the walls are quite thin and could hear people in the next room.
Stayed in the Paddington area for the first time in many years and was very pleasantly surprised at finding this gem. A clean modern room with very comfy large bed. An excellent restaurant and great staff. Paid £96 when similar hotels in the Euston area where I normally stay where wanting at least the usual stupid London prices around £180. Would highly recommend this hotel. It is two minutes walk from Paddington station. Will definitely book again
Had a quick trip to London , booked this just days before, we were not disappointed, staff very helpful , continental breakfast was good , we had deluxe suite worth few extra dollars , room was good size by London standards , bed very comfortable. 300m Paddington Station , Hyde Park, Kensington Palace etc . Lots of restaurants and pubs. Will stay here again .
Great location, close to Paddington Station. Easy access to airport as well. Very comfortable with the quieter rooms on the side. Free WiFi. Has restaurant and bar and offers breakfast as well - Reasonably priced. Recommend
Norfolk Towers Hotel has continued to be classy, neat and offers good value for money. Excellent WiFi services, very tasty meals at night and good breakfast in the early hours. Management should pay attention to training of front office staff. They are the face of the hotel and must therefore be trained in excellent service standards If Norfolk is to keep its clientele
Location is great: 15 minutes from Heathrow if you take the Heathrow express and 200 meters from the underground station. Room clean and well furnished although small. Staff very courteous and good continental breakfast. The only downside is the bathroom space, really tiny: if you are 6'' or taller and weight more than 90 kilos you will find really difficult to move in it. All in all, great choice for a short stay
We chose this hotel for its proximity to Paddington Station which is about a 7 minute walk away. The staff is warm, welcoming and very helpful. A very good continental breakfast was included with our booking. We had a very early check out time so we were offered a box breakfast to take with us. While we declined the offer, we did appreacite the gesture. The room in which we stayed was quite small but had everything that we needed and considering that we barely spent any time in the room, it was fine. The are several restaurants, shops and money changers in the area. This hotel is good value for London.
I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in October. We chose to stay here as it was only a 5 minute walk to the Tube and a 15 minute walk to Oxford Street. From checking in to checking out the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated, bright and modern. The room itself was quite small but that wasn’t an issue as we were only staying for a short time, most rooms in London are small anyway. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, although even with the air con on the coolest setting and the window open it was uncomfortably stuffy. The breakfast was okay, the food was nothing special. I found it to be quite bland. Overall I’d say this hotel is more so suited for short trips, but we enjoyed our stay and its excellent location.
