A very very nice hotel with state of the art facilities, very clean, confirtable and with easy access by bus around London.. The bus staton ius just 50 meters from hotel's entrance !!! The hotels' restaurant has excellent quality food especially the chicken curry which is among the best ever tasted!!!
Hotel is within a 5 to 10 minute stroll from Paddington station. Entrance to the hotel is bright and inviting. The ladies on reception were very nice and courteous. The lift is very small and slow. We stayed in a twin room which was small but comfortable. The decor was very nice and in good condition. We had a very nice flat screen in the room with a large variety of channels available. The bathroom was small but also in great condition. We had the continental breakfast which was very nice but if you want an English Breakfast you can pay of that when you are there. Over all a nice stay.
I'd read that the double rooms were small and that was indeed they case. But other than that the room was lovely. Great air conditioning, very comfortable bed (we both slept fantastically), lovely rain shower. The hotel itself was lovely. Beautiful to look at, and the staff were all so nice and accommodating. We had a panic as we were due to see a show and hadn't printed the tickets out before travelling. But the reception staff were happy for me to send the email to them and download and print, they saved my bacon and were so kind and helpful. Shout out to Claudia in the restaurant/bar, so polite and attentive, a very nice lady and a credit to the hotel. I loved the location. It was so close to Paddington station and bus stops we found it very easy to get about. There were plenty of amenities around and a lovely pub close by. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at Norfolk Towers and look forward to returning next year. Thank you all for adding to our wonderful London experience!
Hotel is nice, clean, modern and quiet. We had two rooms - one with double-bed was very small. We literally needed to take turn, when moving around in the room, and had difficulties to place the luggage into the room. The bathroom is very small, and hard to close the door once you're in. The other room with two separate beds was much bigger. Good beds and pillows, heating which was very much needed and worked well. The continental breakfast was ok, but every day the same. The full English breakfast for extra charge. The hotel has a bar and a restaurants, but we did not use those during our visit. Close to the Paddintong station makes a great location.
Lovely hotel , fabulous beds and a great rain shower . Good food . Only complaint is girl on reception called Janeth ,she has a Bad Attitude and is very rude .All the other staff members are lovely .We were also able to leave our bags all day , which was very helpful .
This hotel was absolutely lovely and in a good location, minutes away from Paddington station. Interior design was next to perfect and they provided a luggage room which you could keep your stuff in to save carrying it around all day. We arrived a bit flustered after walking for 1.5 hrs in the rain with suitcases, the receptionists were a little slow but kind & professional. The room was absolutely lovely. You couldn't swing a hamster around in the bathroom, as in, I had to hide behind the door to shut it because the toilet was in the way. Also, the outside outlooked a fire escape with quite a noisy generator even with sound proof slider doors. Other than these things it was such a comfy sleep. Would 100% recommend.
Super Hotel with a great location for exploring London. Paddington station is just 5 mins away. And this is a station with good connections. Hotel is renovated and great but my room was very small. Good bed and very nice bathroom with rainshower system. Great continental breakfast with option to upgrate to english breakfast. I did not do that as there were a great selection of the continentel. all over good service. The lift was very smalland vey slow , not great when living on the 7.th floor. I might be back, but will ask for a bigger room :)
The location is very good. Walkable distance to oxford street and Hyde park and next to Paddington station. The rooms are clean but rather small, but it is a very good choice for a lower budget in the center of the city. Most important, very good service, and restaurant is also good.
Our room was tiny, i couldn‘t even close the bathroom door while i was standing in the bathroom (that freakin small). The whole hotel is recently renovated. Very nice looks! The room was alway clean and tidy after we returned from our daily trips. Breakfast could have been better too. More variety in breds, meats and fruits. Very basic unfortunetly. My main problem was with the staff. While the reception staff was ok (smiling sometimes and saying hello or good morning once in a while) the restaurant staff ,especially the lady who asks for your room number in front of the restaurant, was the most grumpy and unfriendly person i have ever met. Would it kill you to say „Good Morning“ and smile a little? Or a „Enjoy your meal“ would of been nice! A horrible way to represent a „4 star hotel“ 3 would be more fitting. We‘ll try another hotel next time we visit!
Great location near Paddington Station and Edgware Road. Very nice entrance and modern hotel. Rooms can be small but well equipped. Nice bathroom but why are there no clear signs as to how to use the two showers and water temperature. Lots of guests wear glasses and it is difficult to read those silly signs in stainless steel when you do not have glasses on. Was every bathroom designer a person with 20/20 vision. LET US HAVE CLEAR SIGNS. Lots of helpful staff around especially at breakfast and at reception. Very nice for a few days.
