The Norfolk towers hotel is very conveniently located and is a 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station.. We took the Heathrow express from the airport and reached within half an hour. The nearest bus stop is 1 minute away! Lots of convenience stores are located close by. As far as the hotel went, it was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. We stayed here for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the room was well lit, spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. The continental breakfast was sumptuous even though the items served were the same. On the whole it was very good and I would recommend it if you are looking for a medium priced hotel with lot of plus points!
I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and the experience was really good. The receptionists were so polite and helpful whenever I was in need of help. The cleaning ladies did an amazing job every day and the breakfast staff made breakfast an loving experience. Will definitely book here again when I'm in London again!
We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and we regret every second first we couldn't sleep is very noisy every thing that happened in the hall you can Gere clear in the room we have two rooms but they are both to small for England standard my daughter was always crying because the noise also the wifi is very bad it doesn't work a all a will never stay here even if is the last hotel in London and is free. please don't loose your money do not stay here
Location of the hotel is great if you leave the tube station the right way. It's about an 8 min walk. There are loads of shops and places to eat around the area. Hotel staff were friendly on check in and nothing was too much for them. Rooms were clean and small but they were fine for a quick stop might be a problem if you were staying for a few days. Fully stocked mini bar in room and room to put your own items to chill items. We did have a problem with noise in the night. There were kids staying in the room upstairs running around about 1 in the morning so went down to complain to the front desk who asked them to keep the noise down. 2 minutes later the noise resumed so we called down to the desk and they went up to see them and the noise levels dropped and we finally had a good sleep. The walls are very thin so if your a light sleeper ear plugs and sleeping tablets might be needed. Breakfast was included in our price you have to pay an extra £4.50 if you want the hot breakfast. Was a pleasant stay for the price and I would definitely return.
The hotel is located literally 2 minutes away from Earl's court tube station, in a very quiet and lovely area with plenty of food and drink options around. The staff were lovely and accomodating to our every need and although our rooms were in the basement, they were big enough and quite comfortable. Will definetly be staying there again!
Booked through booking.com. Amenities nearby include fast food and some cafes. Service was efficient n attentive. Room was clean and well maintained. Complimentary coffee n tea. Nice and quiet environment. Reasonable prices. Can try!
When I booked the room through the site, I saw the pictures of the rooms and I was aware that the rooms were not big; but, the truth was even worse: me and my bags did not fit inside the room. When I asked for the management, the answer I got from the manager himself was that all the rooms he had were that same size and that he would show me other rooms with the same size but other confuguration. To sort things out, I chose another room, with stairs, that were a nightmare with the bags. The hotel is clean, the staff is ok, but I felt folled. And I intend never to go there again. I paid for a VIP room and that definitly was NOT a VIP room.
We stayed for three nights in a Club Double Room which was very compact but functional. Bar fridge was much appreciated as this is an absolute rarity in the UK. The option of having either air-con or open window was a plus. Staff were very professional and extremely helpful. Restaurant had great menu choices and all of the dishes we ordered were top quality. Prices of food and drink were very reasonable. Great continental breakfast which offered many options. Excellent location being only a three minute walk to Paddington Station which has much appreciated ramp access for passengers travelling with luggage. The only negative was there was only one lift which was frustrating at times.
This place was ok. I have stayed in Paddington very often but I was disappointed with this place. There are many many other hotels in Paddington for less money but I thought paying a bit more this time around would be better. Not so. Although Norfolk towers was clean and in a goodish position it wasn't worth the money I paid.
Asked for water to be provided into room, was told that room service is closed but there's a 24 hour shop round the corner if we wanted some. Disgusting service when most hotels provide complimentary water in the room at check in. Appalled by service provided by night team as a basic human need is water and has left very bad taste in mouth for rest of the stay. Understand that the bar had closed, but 24 hour reception should have been able to provide water!
