This hotel is great. I enjoy the fresh flowers in my room and daily fruit, the lobby bar is always a pleasure for cocktails or tea, and the Indigo restaurant is fantastic. My only gripe is how firm their mattresses are. If that is your preference, you're in good shape.

I have had the pleasure at staying here many times over the years, mostly for business but also for pleasure. The location is excellent and the facilities (bar, restaurants, pool, gym, etc) are perfect when staying away from home. Yes, London hotels can be expensive and I have stayed in a few others to see what else is on offer, but I always come back as I am yet to find a better mix of service, location and price. While management / staff have come and gone, the service has always been welcoming and the rooms have been progressively modernised. In the spirit of continuous improvement, adding a kettle / coffee machine would make sense and a refreshed in-room dining menu is needed for those times when you just want to stay in. Otherwise, I am still looking forward to my next visit.

Topnotch! Outstanding service, wonderful staff, everything was perfect! The Dome suite is a wonderful suite, with plenty of space for meetings, with a large round dining table which fits 10 guests. The service provided was impeccable, beverages were delivered as planned, didn't have to call for service not a single time! Wonderful experience, and we will certainly be back next year!

Great service! Clean; great location; the fresh fruit in the room is a very nice gesture and it is healthy! The front desk is always friendly and service focused. The door men are always quick to get a taxi. The bar is lively and a great place to stop for a drink after a long day.

I travel often, about 120 days a year, staying in many hotel around the World. It is very difficult to find this level of service in Europr and the americas, you normally find it in Asia. You can feel there is pride in what all personel do.

Service was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the atmosphere in lobby bar. Everything was great except that I had a room in first floor towards busy cross roads. That caused a bit too much noise during night time.

I always a lovely stay at One Aldwych. The rooms are very comfortable rooms and the hotel has a great front desk staff who look after your stay. The bar area is fun too for a cocktail, and the hotel is in a great location in Covent Garden - walkable to everything.

Excellent facilities, service and level of accommodation. Couldn't have asked for better / more! The rooms are not huge, but spacious enough. It is very well located, with easy access to Covent Garden or Charing Cross.

The service was superb, nothing was too much trouble for the large staff. The bed in our room was large and comfortable, breakfast was fit for a king (although you pay for it!) the lobby was always full of action. My husband was very well looked after in the hotel spa. In all a most comfortable and enjoyable stay!

My daughters and I loved our stay at the One Aldwych, as always. We enjoy the perfect location and the hotel itself, but we keep returning for the exceptional service. From the moment of our reservation to our checkout, the entire staff does everything to make sure our stay is a happy one. Special thanks go to the concierge team who are, as they say in French, "les perles" of the establishment: Thank you Agostinho, Alan, Chris, Jorge and their colleagues for all their help. Tatijiana from the spa is amazing. Thank you to the One Aldwych staff for the special touches, like birthday cake for my daughter's 17th birthday. Francophone clients will appreciate the charming Monsieur in working on the ground floor bar/restaurant. Looking forward to returning soon.
