We stayed at this hotel on our last night in London. It is very clean and well appointed. My only criticism would be that the decor in the rooms is very dark, but that’s just my personal opinion. The concierge was extremely helpful in ordering a taxi to pick us up very early the next morning. Everything went very smoothly. It is well situated near Victoria train station and a 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. I would definitely recommend it!
