Check in quick. Rooms were ready early when we arrived from our cruise ship. Neighborhood restaurants excellent as was the breakfast buffet in the hotel. Very knowledgeable concierge staff. Great value for the price.

The hotel is only 1 block from Victoria Station. We spent a week in London, at the Park Plaza Victoria, and we were very pleased with the location, and how easy it was to navigate the Tube system from that location. Also, when we booked a bus tour to Stone Henge, the Victoria Coach Station was walking distance from the hotel. Also within walking distance were Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and the London Eye. There were several great coffee shops up and down Wilton Street, and a very nice English Pub called Prince of Wales was one block down. When I return to London, I will definitely stay here again.

Great quiet hotel Moved me out of disabled room upon request. Breakfast was average to below average; not worth the price. 2 minute walk to train/underground. 15 minute walk to buckingham palace/Westminster abbeys etc

Great location, very close to Victoria underground station. The hotel was clean and modern, would definitely stay there again.

We were there for 6 nights in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was to have privileges such as Lounge access, 20% off meals, etc. I discovered this the day before checkout. My key did not work in the Lounge. Went to the Front Desk and asked if I had Lounge access- at that time they said yes- I notified them my key did not work in the Lounge and they give me a new key. Never was the 20% discount mentioned- we ate lunch at the hotel at least 4 times with guests. At least 3 times I stopped by the Front Desk and made them aware this information was not provided at check in- nor anytime after. At checkout I made them aware again- and spoke with the Manager. She gave me her business card. No credit- nothing!!!! I will never stay there again. These perks were included in the rate so there should have been some type of compensation. A standard basic room would have been better as I did not receive the benefits as entitled with the apartment. Also, we telephoned the hotel directly to make sure they had a guest laundry- where we could do our own laundry and not send it out. The hotel said yes- when we asked where the laundry was located- there wasn't one. They send the laundry out. This hotel gives misinformation and does not provide the benefits or services as stated..

I was a bit disappointed on several fronts. First the Air-conditioning did not work. They fixed it, but was never working properly. Secondly, after returning back to our room on the first day, late in the afternoon, we found our room was never cleaned for the day. We had to call housekeeping to have this done. The placement of Mirrors for getting ready in the morning were not in a convenient place, one was in a closet and the other on an adjoining wall. Not at the Desk where you can sit and get ready. Realizing some of these points may seem minimal, but after paying the rate you pay for this hotel, I found it below standard.

Once you find the entrance, hidden in an alley--a nice alley--you can be sure that you will have a grand stay. The lobby has cool sculpture and artwork, the staff are welcoming, and the location is two blocks from Victoria Station. I arrived before check-in and was able to leave my bags. The room was ready about an hour early, and that was a really nice treat. Loved the breakfast. Some English hotels don't really cook the bacon, but here, they do. And they offer a full menu or continental. Room service is fast. And incredibly reasonable. Tozi has a rather unique dinner menu and they strive to make you feel welcome, but there are many restaurants nearby, so you will not starve. All in all, I can honestly say that this hotel was an integral part of making my most recent trip to London delightful, and I will stay there for all future trips.

The hotel is nicely located and the lounge and restaurants are very nice. The hotel rooms are not fancy at all.

I loved this hotel. The location was great, the bathroom was superb, and the bed comfortable. It was very quiet in the room, though I had a horrible view of the loading dock. But, that's ok. This hotel has the best concierge I've ever met, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great location just a block from Victoria Station, and an easy walk from Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Westminster Abbey and much more. Quiet, nice size modern rooms, contemporary decor, clean. My wife and I will definitely stay here again next time we are in London.

Our experience was fine. The location is excellent. There are a couple of very nice places for breakfast right outside the door. About 2 minutes walk to Victoria station, couple of good pubs just down the road. The lobby and bar are nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice, we actually had a difficult time getting up in the morning. All things considered it's a nice place to stay but nothing extraordinary. Next time I will shop around to see if I can find something with more personality.

We stayed in this hotel 04/06/2013 for 3 days. I chose this hotel based on the location and reviews, and it was great. We were right next to Victoria Station (rail and underground), Victoria Apollo Theater (wonderful), many restaurants and pubs. The room was large, very comfortable with free WiFi, electric tea pot and selection of tea and instant coffee. The beds were comfy as well. When i go to London again, i will definitely stay in this hotel again. It was very easy to get there from and to Heathrow airport ( about 1 hour including walking and purchasing tickets)and St. Pancras Station (we came from Paris by train, only 15 min) because of Victoria underground line.

The hotel itself was a in a perfect location in Central London. The check in staff was average and not too friendly. (Also, pics on website make the hotel seem larger) They mentioned (after i checked in) there is no wi fi in the rooms only downstairs. The room was a good size for one or two guests, as well as clean and smelled nice. Be sure to bring a universal charger bc the "US" outlet did not work and even then it destroyed my straightener (no outlets in bathroom are available). Room service is very expensive, there is a cafe across the street for quick service. Wi fi was not available downstairs either, not until the 3rd day i was there (call ahead of time). Also, DO NOT make calls internationally, they charged me way tooooo much for 3 calls.

Everything was awesome my wife and I were very close to victoria station and were able to get around even on new years. Was completely satisfied with everthing hotel had to offer.

* Excellent location * The staff is fairly untrained, unknowledgeable, and try cross-selling stuff to you. (Examples: they did not know the taxi cost to Heathrow saying 60 pounds "will definitely" cover it when it didn't. They marked the wrong place on our map for our restaurant.) * The rooms are very nice looking, but a bit shabby craftsmanship. (Examples: Loose soap dish ; water sprays into the bathroom ; sink doesn't drain fast enough) Overall - These are relatively minor complaints and we had a great time in London.

We booked this hotel based on the reader reviews of location, convenience, the name etc, but we wish we did more research. The hotel is in a seedy neighborhood, surrounded by busy streets on all sides, very noisy, no amenities what so ever and very unfriendly staff. We had great experiences in comparably priced other hotels in London with great experiences, it is puzzling to see a well known hotel like this one fail so badly in all counts. It basically ruined our vacation.

When we checked in we brought 1 additional guest more than originally booked. Checked in at 10PM and they were going to bring up a rollaway bed. By 11PM no bed had arrived. I called and they said they were going to send one up. By 11:20 still no bed and called again. By 11:30 I called and cancelled the bed as my daughter and her husband were going to try to sleep on the twin bed. He ended sleeping part of the night on the floor. We did have a extra bed for the second night.

Nice Location, Super Bedding, Nice Rooms, Good Breakfast- It is 2 city blocks south of the victoria station. So, plan on a 2 block walk. Its easy though.

Great hotel close to Victoria Station. We have stayed in London several times and our hotels were generally disappointing. This one is very good. Great access to visit London.

The hotel wasn't quite as nice as the pictures, but it was average. The location was good. We think we had a handicap accessible room which was weird.
