Great staff! Everything is easy access for tourists!
good
Your hotel is exceptional, location phenomenal and staff was super friendly. But the over all experience was sullied with so many minor but significant issues- We had an exec suite with sofa bed for our son. There were no linens or pillows and it took 4 tries to get them, then we had to make the beds ourselves. There were not enough towels for 3, even though we booked for 3. The Kettle power cord couldn't reach the wall socket, they didn't service our room, we had to ask 3 times to get the penthouse door unlocked even though we filled out the security waiver. And we didn't have coffee for the first 2 days. Finally, the TV wasn't set up. We asked for the tech to fix and they said they would but no one came. So, a stellar stay was filled with frustrations, that are too easy to remedy. Please do better. Nonetheless, we would stay again and the folks were always very friendly. So, thanks!
I’m in London 3-4 times a year and I always stay here. The staff are exceptional, the Victoria station is RIGHT THERE, and it’s a beautiful walk to all the spots. Rooms are super comfy and American (that’s what I like).
The hotel is a close location to major tourist sites such as the London Eye, Westminster Abbey, the Parliament Buildings, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. The breakfast area looked great presentation-wise but could use improvements in palatability especially for the price. We had some issues with the front desk regarding booking the breakfast buffet in advance but that was easily resolved. The high tech gadgetry in controlling the lighting ended up being more confusing than helpful. The lighting was not adequate. We found it too dim. The rooms and toilets were spacious and clean.
Nice location in central London. Wish that more staff was fluent in English.
Location is excellent. Breakfast is good. Everything else is very OK'ish. Not really a 4-star service or staff IMHO. If the prices and star rating was 2 or 3 star, this would have been quite good.
Stayed one night with family of three. Very good experience.
Very unique
The most important thing that I loved more was the location . Breakfast was pretty. Rooms super smalls. The hotel is small there is nothing to do in te hotel . I am glad that is super close to Victoria station and there you can find everything. Restaurants, farmacies, supermarket , stores.
This is an adult hotel for grown ups. It’s comfy and luxe and yummy. No mini bar, which is disappointing.
CON's: - Small room for the type of room that I booked (barely enough room to navigate 1 bug suitcase so imagine 2...) - I was told by staff at check in that I would have a coffee machine; in fact there were nespresso pods in the room but no nespresso machine, just a water kettle. - Small fridge: unable to keep anything cold; actually I wonder if it even worked. PRO's: - Room was clean and bed was comfortable. - Electronic and lighting and temperature all managed from the same station and was nice and easy to understand. Would I return? For the price I paid, probably not; I'll take my chance at another hotel. Would I recommend? It was not horrible but I would definitely warn people of the few inconveniences that I mentioned above.
