Great location adjacent to Ruston station but could not store luggage for honors members for several days

Close to kings cross/San pancreas station Loris at the front desk is great!
Good location, only about 5 minute walk to tube stations, 10 to Kings Cross trains. Hotel clean and modern, Zero problems other than a room safe issue that they corrected while we were at breakfast. Helpful staff. Included breakfast is very good.
The hotel is well located and comfortable. The breakfast is very good served. My only complain is the wifi, the signal didn't reach my bed.
The hotel was adequate. Expected more from the "Hilton" chain. While staff was adequate, the overall "friendliness" was not there. We found that the London folks (except for a few) were an unhappy lot and not outgoing or concerned for the tourist population. Disappointed. Contrasted to our "side trip" to Paris....Paris will be our primary destination next time.
