Friendly staff, hotel food great, location is nice. AWESOME CONCIERGE!

Was really tired but the airiness in the room was refreshing. God service and house keeping tol

Excellent customer service. Room was very clean and spacious enough for 2 people.

Outstanding concierge service, efficient front desk staff, small rooms and a bit worn

Good location, close to nice places in London. The bed was comfortable

The staff was very helpful in arranging for reasonable priced play tickets. The underground was only a block away from the hotel.

This is not a 4 star hotel ! It is expensive (I was convinced the price was incl. breakfast, but that was another 13 pounds per person), the HVAC did not work, the water in the tabs was too hot or very varying and the room was simple. You don't get "Hilton standard" at this hotel!

Just adequate. There is a bed and desk but no space. Separately your survey is a pain. Takes too long to work.

The location couldn't have been better for our busy sightseeing trip to the UK. It is within walking distance to the Euston Station which gives you access to the Undergound trains, Overground buses and the National Rail system. Its is only a bit further to the St. Pancras Station which gives you access to the Eurostar trains, which we took to Paris for a day trip. No need to hire a car if you stay at this hotel. Room was comfortable and the room service came in handy when we got in late. Overall a great experience here.

Hilton London Euston is a pleasant hotel, very convenient to the Euston and St. Pancras train stations (both within an easy walking distance of a couple of blocks). I stayed in a single room, which was very small and compact, but it did have everything I needed -- even a small refrigerator. The area is not one that is filled with sights to see or a lot of restaurants, but if you are utilizing the two train stations mentioned above during your travel, it's extremely convenient. There's also a tube station very close by, so you can easily travel to any area of London quickly. Also, the train station has lots of fast food options if you need that. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in London. The price was good too. Like I said, the room was small, but how much time do you spend in your hotel room anyway? All I did there was sleep and shower, so it was fine and had everything I needed.

Only blocks from the British Museum, we loved the location. They have internet access but do not explain before hand that it is about 8 dollars per half hour. A real bummer. I also have bed bug bites on my left leg. (I will go to the doctor's on Monday) Super location but too many nickle and dime charges that make one wish for other accomodations. I am a silver club member with Hilton but they really need to adjust their charges during this recession.

Good location for British Museum, transportation. Nice area to walk. Restaurants are scarce except but walk two blocks to Norfolk Arms or across street to Number Twelve. Good hotel - no negatives but not great value or standout for the money. Would choose another hotel around Victoria Station if not in Euston area for other reasons.

The London Hilton Euston is in Bloomsbury, just a block away from Euston station. It's a convenient base from which to get around London on the subway. You'll be near the British Library, the Wellcome Trust, and St. Pancras station, in case you want to go to Paris on the Eurostar. I've stayed here once before and that time had a room with two double beds. This time I had a very tiny room with a single bed, on the top floor. It was clean and the bathroom was newly renovated, so I didn't mind it too much. The bells of St. Pancras ring every hour and that would have been a big problem without earplugs, but otherwise the street noise was not too bad. The room had a small refrigerator, which I didn't use, and an iron and ironing board, which I did. The TV worked well and I had no problem with the temperature in the room. There isn't a lot of drawer space, and the hangers are those awful ones that can't be removed from the rod. There is no safety grab bar in the bathroom and the tub was extremely narrow and slippery. If I were old and worried about falling that would be a big problem. The front desk staff here is okay. They're unenthusiastic but do go through the motions and say the right thing, even if it's not entirely clear that they mean it. There is a fitness centre, which I used last time but not this trip. It has all the usual equipment -- my only complaint last time was the hours. I always like 24 hour access and unless they've changed things that's not the case here. I stay here because I work for a British company that's based nearby. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, especially if you go the few blocks to Marchmont Street, and you can always duck over to Euston station for some fast food.
