The team was friendly and helpful. The team said the rooms would be ready at 3 and were finally ready by 3:30 pm. We pulled in and the weather was warm, however, they had not switched over the rooms. We had to ask the front desk to turn on the air. This could have been done in advance and overseen by housekeeping. The rooms are nice and nicely appointed. Long walk to higher number rooms.
