We booked the spacious Temple Suite for 2 nights to allow enough space to prepare for a family celebration near by. The hotel staff were very accommodating and couldn't have been more helpful. Access to the Club Lounge was a nice addition.

Greeted by a wonderful young lady who made us feel very special and gave a real personal touch to the hospitality. The AC never worked the entire time I was there. I woke up in a sweat both nights. The staff was super nice, but an ongoing lack of attention to detail (due to understaffing, it appeared) was frustrating: wrong toiletries stocked in bathroom, buffet constantly out of stuff, etc.

Our air conditioner didn’t work. This is probably not often a problem in London. But we were on the top floor and it was a warm, sunny weekend. So we were uncomfortable. They weren’t able to fix it while we were there and the hotel was full, so they couldn’t move us. We weren’t there much during the day. At night we opened the window to let in the cool, night air. They said they would take good care of us next time we came.
