Staff is wonderful. Very accommodating. Everyone was was very nice.

You need to update your rooms. You need better tv streaming service. Movies to purchase.

The location of this property could not have been any better. Within walking distance to everything, very convenient. The only downfall was the refreshments were not filled daily.

Beautiful old building. Well restored. Popular for private events that sometimes bump the guests.

Nice hotel . Old world class but not stuffy . You can hear the tube noise however . I would stay again . Close to theNight life and eatery’s if all sorts .

Amazing location, surrounded by history. Great service, restaurant, and bar.

Very noisy. Street noise, construction in the building next door, and wind banging a window all night

Great location. Lobby is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Food is great. Staff is helpful. History of Whitehall.

Great location and friendly staff. On site dinning was also very good. Thank you to all!

Great location and you can walk to all of London's top sights. The rooms are spacious, but dated and it is very noisy all night long. The walls are paper thin too. We paid for a garden view and our view was of tree tops. The front desk offered to move us, but we should have gotten a garden view originally because we paid for it. The hotel offers a complimentary mini bar and coffee, which is a great perk. But.....they do not refill it regularly although it is supposed to be refilled daily. Lastly, the outside of the building and gardens are magnificent. But the inside of the hotel has absolutely no character.

This historic building is in a wonderful location near Trafalgar Square. However it does not meet the general standard for a five-star hotel, as the rooms are quite shabbily appointed and small. The bathroom is average, not a luxury room or bathroom at all. The balconies might be a nice feature, however it is prohibited to go out onto them. I would not stay here again for the price.

Loved the fact that they had robes and slippers in the room, as well as free water and sodas. Unfortunately they would only replace with sparkling water and would have preferred still water. Also the fridge, was cooling. I dont think this is a property issue, as more than a custom issue, but, when I asked for a coke with ice, they brought me a warm coke with 3 little ice cubes - LOL

Love the location, the building itself, the history of the building, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the wonderful doorman in the top hat.

Excellent location in London, beautiful hotel w fascinating history. In the room, the lighting could be better controlled (eg, only 1 person could read in bed), and the tv was difficult to manage with the remote control. Otherwise it was comfortable, clean, classy and well-appointed.

Beautiful property with amazing staff. Nicest hotel my daugther calims to have ever stayed in.

Very nice hotel located in a part of London where there were many things to see and do.

Great location Beautiful garden Great restaurants Amenities lacking Rooms small Service excellent

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to know that you found your room noisy. Being a listed building we are unable to make any structural updates to our building. However, we understand that this does not make up for your disappointment. On your next visit please do let us know and we will do our best to move you to a more comfortable bedroom.
