We enjoyed our stay in this hotel with a proper king size bed and warm bidet toilet seat perfect for the winter. The curtains were thick to shield away the coldness of the winter. Just 1 small thing to improve is their housekeeping, we stayed for 5 nights, every day when we come back in the evening the wash basin is always not clean.. with dirt accumulated day by day and the shower gel and shampoo are such small bottles that it’s definitely not enough for 2 pax a day lol Lastly it’s located along a quiet street near Marble Arch, near to the underground station and walking distance to Hype Park. Just a further walk from the bustling Oxford street which we end up preferring Covent garden location then here. Just a personal preference

Quiet and clean hotel close to good quality shops. This was our fourth stay at this place so, we were a bit disappointed as returning guests by the fact that we were allocated some of the less attractive rooms on our first nights
