I liked this small hotel. I booked it initially because of its proximity to St. Pancras and Bloomsbury, however my room was lovely - spacious, clean, bright.

LOVE the location and I love the views from our room onto crescent gardens and tennis courts. The people are nice too.

There was no number on my room which was a little confusing, but not bad, I think scared crap out of a late who Waldo didn't have a number on her room. Hope she's okay. Shower was a little confusing to get the hot water running. Excellent location, great stay.

nice hotel close to central London. Overall the value was good The room was small but everything seemed to work. Breakfast was very good.

Stayed one night and had a very comfortable stay. A little cumbersome carrying bags up a flight of stairs since there is no elevator. Not a big deal for me just be aware if you have multiple bags or heavy bags. The breakfast is good and quick.

Great location to St. Pancreas and King's Cross. The room was big and the beds comfortable. The included breakfast is worth the booking since most charge for it.

The hotel is small as was my room, but the location is excellent. My room was clean, bright, quiet and fresh. The breakfast was included and was excellent. (I am English, I know what 'full English breakfast' means).

3 blocks away from Russel Square Underground in Zone #1. Best breakfast. Lots of restaurants 1 block away. I would stay here again.

Really disappointed by the lack of internet access for over half our stay - this paired with phones not from the UK really made life more complicated. Breakfast was decent but the space was so cramped. Bathroom really lacked in space and cleanliness. Hotel could use some attention to detail and the staff was less than helpful.

Here's the good and the bad so you can decide. Darling location, easy access to two undergrounds, lots of restaurants and nice walking area. Great breakfast and friendly-ish staff. Room left a lot to be desired. Comfortable bed, old cheap furniture. We couldn't even use the dresser bc the drawers kept falling out, the bathroom was sooooo small, broken toilet seat and the shower drained so slow so you were standing in a puddle which was gross. If you are a light sleeper do not book this hotel. The beds were very comfortable. But the windows were thin- though great view- and the walls were paper thin. I could hear every word from the street and the room next door and no one was yelling just talking at a regular level. It felt like we were staying in a cheap hotel, but cute from the outside.
