The hotel was convenient to the location I needed to be at. The rooms were very small. The elevator, when it worked was extremely slow. My room key failed to work on an occasion the elevator was not working and I had 4 flights of stairs to climb. The toilet had problems and it was also very noisy.

easy walk to British Museum and British Library. College of London is easily accessible. Rooms cleaned as requested. Shower is small, but adequate.

My trip was nice and stay was also good, staff very friendly and helpful, but i suggest if the hotel have their own restaurant even if it is small. Definitely they will make lot of extra money by doing this. Best Regards G S Mankoo

A nice hotel close to everything in the center could be cheaper though!!

Needed to the room for one night as i was travelling, 2 min walk from Euston station one stop tube to Oxford so thats a plus. Room was decent, no issues as such. Way better than a hostel and can fit atleast 2 persons on one bed

One evening came back to the room after being out for the entire day and found all our suitcases thrown across the room. One luggage landed in the closed and broke the closet shelf. The front desk was called and they were questioning us if we tell the truth. They thought that we made up a story! On Friday they have a fire evacuation alarm that they don't tell people it is a drill. I ended up half dressed at 11:00 am running down the hallway as the Maid could not give any information as she could not speak any English.

As usual in london tiny rooms, but quite cost effective for business trips, and very nicely appointed, modern facilities.

Had a very nice stay, staff and service were very good. Would have booked another stay here for November, but found prices lower at Church st Hotel in Camberwell which I have used in the past. Euston Hotel is in a good location to move around in London. Had a good time there.

It was a convenient location. However, the room is small and noisy.

Tiny room, but good value for the price. Nice staff. WiFI a bit weak, but functional

Near my train station as I came from Paris on the bullet- big plus. Hotel staff friendly and clean cut. Small room almost a closet but for me as a visitor how much time was I really gone spend in the room. Maid made up the room every day even cracked my window which was either thoughtful or a sign all my walking was having a negotiable effect on my T Cloths- so thoughtful right! Front desk informative and it ended up being a good location close to two train/ rail stations, was safe, well lit

Great location, right next to 3 main tube (subway) lines. Staff were very helpful (like printing out show ticket / boarding passes without charging) Free WiFi too. Room was not luxurious, but spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was decent.

I travel a great deal and have stayed in many hotels in cities around the world. So has my wife. We agreed that this is the second worst place we've ever encountered. The rooms dreary, the linens and bedding are substandard, the walls are thin, making is impossible not to hear average hallway noise, and the bathroom was scary. Our toilet failed to flush properly and after three complaints to the staff, we gave up and left for another hotel. Although the location is good, and there are some nice Indian restaurants one block away, the price, even for London, was far too high for such a low quality establishment.

The rooms are the small size that one expects of a London hotel--nothing special in this regard. The staff is helpful. The amenities are a bit lacking --the lift was broken for the entire two weeks of my stay, and several guests checking out indicated that it had been broken for a considerable time before that. The wireless access only works in the lobby. Still, for the price, it was clean, in a great location, quiet, and overall just fine.

The htl is drab , the single rooms are very small, the lighting particularly in the bathroom is very poor. As a woman who needs to apply her make-up in the morning it left alot to be desired. The mattress was like a rock ,had to change rooms. The closet was so small that the hangers they supplied fit in only at an angle and stuck out of the opening. The shower head was partly blocked and the bath towels were small. all in all I wouldn't stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone. On the positive end, the breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very accomodating.
