Great boutique hotel in a central area of London. Walking distance to tons of desirable areas (shows, shopping, etc). One level up from cosy room was plenty and exceeded my expectations.
Good. Nothing else. Couldn't understand some of the staff.
Need to improve front door location and lobby. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Great location.
I had a great experience, the staff is amazing and the hotel is top five star. Breakfast and terrace restaurant is an experience you must have. All i can say is you must go, wont be disappointed about one thing because they thought of everything.
Excellently appointed hotel rooms, bars, and restaurant. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location near SoHo. This has become our "go to" hotel in London.
The hotel is adorable and in a very convenient location. I actually had one of the worst GI bugs ever while in the hotel (not bc of them) and had to go to the ER in the middle of the night. The staff was unbelievably nice and accomodating. While I will admit the room itself is maybe not anything out if the ordinary, we did stay in a standard room and honestly it was super comfortable and gave us what we needed. Huge fans of the bars and Dalloway Terrace. Would recommend completely.
Parts of the lobby were under construction-too noisy but suggest checking completion before booking or request different room
We just can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is truly exceptional and the facilities are first rate. It's amazing how intimate and cozy the hotel is. The food is delicious. The location is wonderful. We will definitely stay there again.
We had the opportunity to stay at The Bloomsbury for about a week. We came for the coveted Harry Potter play. The hotel is in the ideal location for anything theater related and close to the underground or bus stop. Hotel location is tricky to decide on because it all depends on what you are wanting to do. Honestly, as long as you are close to the tube or bus stop, it really doesn't matter. The hotel is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We didn't know what to expect, but we are glad that we had such a comfortable stay. Ivan, who works concierge, was also very helpful. From day one, he went above and beyond with helping us with anything. The rooms are smaller, but it was perfectly comfortable for two people and four varying sizes of luggage.
Bad staff not helpful nasty hotel dirty does not refill rooms
Excellent terrace dining. Very nice setting and friendly service.
I picked this hotel because of the location and I was not disappointed. The building is beautiful and close to everything. If you enjoy walking this is definitely a great place to explore the city without using transportation. The room was small as expected but beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The staff is amazing, particularly Andres and Abel. They were very helpful and gave me tips about the area and the city of London. I had such great experience I am already planning my next visit.
The room we stayed in was pretty tiny. Enough room for a bed and a dresser and not much room for anything else. They kept referring to me as mr. in written notices, that was really annoying. The Wi-Fi was horrid, it would go in and out or it would not be strong enough. Good location though.
Really good but wish it was cheaper and came with better deals. We visit the UK quite often do it would be nice to get better deals on this hotel so we can stay here again.
Wonderful hotel, very clean and rooms are fantastic. comfortable beds, lots of attention to detail, staff very helpful and courteous, beautiful hotel as well
Great location, walking distance to many sites, easy public transportation. Staff helpful and housekeeping very good.
Great location, 2 mins to underground tubes. two blocks away from Oxford street, 10 walk to Topshop and major shopping area. Friendly staffs, clean room but a bit small, no space to put my suitcase.
Great location. So close to British Museum, Cartoon Museum, Sir John Soane House, Russell Square. Excellent breakfast. Fun bar. Nice & helpful staff. Interesting history.
