The unit itself was acceptable. The water was extremely hot and I told them they needed to adjust the temperature or someone was going to get burned. The bathroom was very small, but it worked. There is no air conditioning and the windows don't open much, so it gets stale and hot in the room. They have a refrigerator, a microwave and a sink which is very nice. The beds were comfortable which was very important to us. The building itself seemed neglected. The carpet leading to our room looked extremely old and smelled. Our biggest issue was with their staff. We stayed there eight nights, and only once were we greeted with a smile, so if you don't mind poor customer service, this is the place for you. The night we checked in, we wanted to do laundry. My wife called the front desk and the man that answered said it was free. He said it was in the basement, so we went down. We followed the signs that said Launderette and eventually got there. When we arrived, it was coin operated. My wife stayed there while I made the long trek back to the front desk. I told the man that we were told it was free, but it's not and we needed them to break our bills in order for us to do our laundry. He said he didn't have any and to check at the bar. They didn't have any to give to me so they said to check the shops. They also didn't have any so I had to walk back in to town. I finally found one shop that gave me 10 pounds and another one across the street that gave me the other 10 pounds.
