Good for Hammersmith Station
The rooms need to be kept cleaner (I changed room because of the dirt and stains), and the policies about rebooking rooms are too complicated. If someone wants to book, they should be free to do so without complication. What is more, there are apparent issues with this hotel, and staff keep asking for customer survey forms to be filled out in order to get better reviews. Some nice staff, others seemed like they did not want to be there. Bring a specialist in to help sort out these problems.
