Not sure how this received a 9.2 when we booked it.Hotel has a good location, but that is about it. The room is not for 3 people. We booked for 3 people and when we arrived they asked if we wanted to add a bed for our 3rd guest at a cost of $56 additional each night. We booked the hotel for 5 nights and paid $1760. We had 1 towel, 1 hand towel and no additional bedding. This hotel is not for a family. We even had to go get additional toilet paper mid-week. No cleaning or any new towels unless you went down to the desk to get them. Do not stay here if yoy have more than 2 people. We still would not recommend. Seen other customers have several issues as well.

Conveniently located near Aldgate East station - literally across the street. There are many places within a 10 minute walk to get food (e.g., restaurants, pubs and grocery) and shopping. The hotel itself is modern, but does show its age. The sofa in the room was very stained and our bed sheets were also stained with bodily fluids. The staff was responsive and they brought us new sheets. The kitchen was well-stocked and had good amenities for when we wanted to cook our meals. Overall, it was a decent experience and I would recommend - 7.5/10

Comfy bed, clean bathroom, given 1 bedroom apartment instead ofa studio , so great amount of space. Thank you. Bedroom a bit dusty in the corners, but otherwise immaculate. Only one lift on when we visited , so at times lift a bit slow. Would return. Staff very pleasant. Hreat area for transport, and nice bars and restaurants nearby.

Place was amazing, clean, convenient and close to a lot of walkable touristy places. Service for the most part was poor: needed things and they said they were going to do it but they didn’t, no cleaning service came during our trip, and we had to keep reminding them that trash needed to be picked up.
