This is a hotel that knows what travelers need. The single room is small but it has everything you need to enjoy your stay in London AND it’s centrally located to many of the city’s attractions especially Theatre.

Beautiful hotel, unbeatable location, and truly wonderful staff. The building itself is stunning — elegant architecture, beautifully maintained, and full of character. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the Tube and a short stroll to Covent Garden Market, with endless food, shops, and people-watching opportunities right at your doorstep. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Yes, London rooms tend to be on the cozier side, but there was more than enough space to move around without performing suitcase gymnastics. Despite being on a busy street, we heard absolutely no outside noise — which felt like a small miracle in central London. We could occasionally hear the adjacent room through the (locked) adjoining door, but since we spent most of our days out exploring and crashed into bed happily exhausted at night, it was hardly an issue. Breakfast was exceptional — a wide variety of options and a team that made mornings feel genuinely welcoming (not always easy before coffee!). I was celebrating my birthday, and Jean Claude at reception went above and beyond to make it extra special with a thoughtful treat waiting in our room. That kind of personal touch makes all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again when we return — which, after this trip, will hopefully be very soon.

The hotel is beautiful, though i was very dissapointed with our room, the bathroom facilities wer inadequate with a wc which failed to flush, the sink struggled to release water and the shower was pokey! All in all the room was clean, though it was very small and not as i have experienced previously at the hotel. The doorman were very helpful, particularly to my mother who struggles with mobility. Nothing was too much trouble and i really appreciated their support. Breakfast was like a cattle market - again not what id experienced previously. The food was ok but not the best. All in all disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for my mum.

Total joke. Booked king superior. Room - no fridge / mini bar. Tiny TV. Not a smart TV. Bathroom tiny - very limited shelving. Good power shower, but tray not deep enough so water runs on to the floor. No response from reception when calling. Room is tiny and poorly decorated. No help at all at concierge. Check out quick. No assistance with luggage. For us this is at best a 3star hotel.
