Good room for an early flight from Heathrow. Late evening meal in the restaurant was better than expected. It's a big hotel, I'm sure they could run their own shuttle bus instead of relying on a private provider that does an airport hotel circuit.

The room was super clean and very cosy. Bathroom condition was also great. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were very kind. It was a bit tricky to access from the airport though. There’s a shuttle from the hotel but not the other way around, and it’s charged. Worth if you have an early flight next day.

Great hotel for overnight stay close to LHR. Whole shuttle bus is not practical at all but that is a LHR authority issue (I think) not the hotel's fault. Waiting for the Hoppa out in cold instead of being able to call a hotel shuttle like most other cities is a pain. When I have another overnight stay in LHR definitely will consider Leonardo

We had to wait a long time to get checked in. The reception staff tried her best. We had an early flight, asked for boxed breakfast, was just okay but good to have. The hotel offers transportation service for a fee to Heathrow airport, very convenient. It is very close to the hotel. The room was big. I did not like the pillow but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was european style, has half door. the shower floor was higher, the floor below got soaked. There was 1 bathrobe and 1 slipper eventhough there were 2 people checking in. We only stayed for 1 night. It was an okay place to stay for the convenience and proximity to Heathrow. The room did not get warm.

Long queue at reception on arrival, took about 20 mins to check in. My sister had checked in online but made no difference as still had to complete form & pick up key. Staff however polite & helpful, just not enough of them at busy period. Room was ground floor & absolutely freezing! Took at least 1.5 hours to reach reasonable temperature. Basic tea/coffee provided but no water which is very mean
