Apparently the elevator / lift is STILL broken so had to tote my international luggage (AKA big ass heavy suitcase) up three flights of stairs. What if I needed accessibility? The receptionist did offer to help but she was smaller than me so I let it slide. Room was very clean and QUIET (literally could hear nothing, very impressive considering how close to Heathrow it is). However, no washcloths in the bathroom which sucked. Also as an FYI you have to insert your room key into a slot inside the door to turn lights on (I was not told this at check in and was real pissed because at 1am after a day of international travel I couldn’t figure out why the lights wouldn’t switch on and had to roam around in my room with my phone as a light). Other than that, I would rec as an overnight stay close to Heathrow.

We have no aircon in our room. The transport is delay that’s why we are late.

Stayed here twice. Friendly staff and easy to get to and from airport. Also easy access to bus and underground

The Hotel and room were very nice. Our room was on the first floor and the elevator was out of service. after a long day of travel carry our bags up stairs was not pleasant.

This is not a 4 stars it can barely pass as a motel not a hotel.

The gentleman that helped me at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. He was quick with processing us and answered our questions. Great experience!

Decent place for 1 night stay at the airport before our flights back to the US. Convenient to bus stop which takes you to the airport for free.

Good breakfast. Incovenient entrance from street (arrived by bus), had to walk all way around building to find lobby. Need to build a second entrance on Bath Rd.

The lobby and restaurant areas were nice and clean. Location of the hotel was good. Rooms needed updating (which I believe is being done). Food at the morning buffet was decent (not great).

Nice clean rooms with good Hoppa Bus connections to Terminal 5 at Heathrow. The only place in the whole unit that I could plug in a curling iron was over in the corner behind the coffee service and that was not anywhere near the mirror. Bad planning.

Newly renovated rooms that look awesome and very clean!! I would highly recommend this hotel!!

About to start renovation, not bad for the price. Carpets a bit threadbare
