Convenient for the airport and quiet, but run down. Most staff friendly but not the lady on check out who made it abundantly clear that she was doing me a massive favor by looking at me when I spoke and simply would not answer any question directly or simply or intelligibly. All I wanted was my invoice - she couldn’t print it, but also couldn’t give me a clear yes / no whether I would get it by email. I left after 5 fruitless minutes of trying to get an intelligible answer because it was clear I was irritating her merely by asking for an invoice. Obviously, if I don’t get one, I am going to have to call and speak to the manager, which I might well do anyway to give some feedback.

The hotel did what it needed to do and it did it well. I will choose the hotel again.

The room was lovely and nicely appointed. However I was put in a room that had an adjoining suite and it was very noisy. I could literally hear every word and cough from the people next door. Not what I wanted after a huge week at work and before a long flight .

I asked what the $13 service charge on our hotel restaurant bill was and was told it was the tip. Brandon was our server. He very pleasant.

The location of the this hotel is good if you are flying out of LHR, my room was clean but the heat was not working. After 3 calls to the reception desk a staff member brought me a space heater, which did help. I would not rebook this hotel again.

Apparently the elevator / lift is STILL broken so had to tote my international luggage (AKA big ass heavy suitcase) up three flights of stairs. What if I needed accessibility? The receptionist did offer to help but she was smaller than me so I let it slide. Room was very clean and QUIET (literally could hear nothing, very impressive considering how close to Heathrow it is). However, no washcloths in the bathroom which sucked. Also as an FYI you have to insert your room key into a slot inside the door to turn lights on (I was not told this at check in and was real pissed because at 1am after a day of international travel I couldn’t figure out why the lights wouldn’t switch on and had to roam around in my room with my phone as a light). Other than that, I would rec as an overnight stay close to Heathrow.

We have no aircon in our room. The transport is delay that’s why we are late.

Stayed here twice. Friendly staff and easy to get to and from airport. Also easy access to bus and underground

It was great for what we needed. Easy transportation to and from Heathrow. Easy access to London.

The Hotel and room were very nice. Our room was on the first floor and the elevator was out of service. after a long day of travel carry our bags up stairs was not pleasant.

This is not a 4 stars it can barely pass as a motel not a hotel.

I liked thE staff. Everyone there was really nice and helpful.

Great staff. Needs to be updated and improvements in cleaning. Also need to fix elevator

Okay for an overnight before flying. But asked for twin beds were given queen in handicap room. Didn’t need it
