It could be a good idea to have transportation from and to the airport.
I wasn't aware my room lights needed to be activated using my room key card. Would be helpful to be told this at reception before going to room.
The property was clean and well kept! My only issue was the fire alarm went off at 2:30 am for 3-4 seconds, and the shut off. Nobody was able to answer us why. Other than that, it was a nice stay
Room was clean, but they gave me a Queen size bed when I paid for a King size. I only realized what I had paid for after the fact, so I didn't complain on the spot. Breakfast was included, but since we had to leave before 6 am to catch a flight, they would have packed breakfast for us for 13 pounds, which we declined. Finally, the food served at the restaurant was not tasty. 3 of ordered a risotto that ressembled more dog food than any risotto I've ever tried. In summary, it's ok to stay there one night if you need to crash somewhere before taking an early flight. This is definitely not a long-stay place.
The accommodation was great! Modern, comfortable, and clean. I liked all the room amenities however I did not have a flannel for showering or washing my face. Also, i waited forecer for the Bus Hoppa after ringing the hotel for directions I was given the wrong bus number and ended up taking a taxi.

Hotel was convenient for our early morning flights from Heathrow. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were sufficient, clean and beds comfortable. Bar and restaurant were enjoyable and food was good. Good overall value for price. Will definitely use again.

Transportation to the hotel was easy--10 quid for a taxi from the airport. We then had to pay almost double that to return to the airport because the hotel said you had to prebook through them--presumably the hotel pocketed the difference. This was annoying and unnecessary. The staff was ok but not overly helpful. The food menu was extremely limited and the quality was atrocious. From the Instant mashed potatoes to cold "hot" food at the buffet for breakfast (is it really safe to eat barely lukewarm scrambled eggs?), we were not impressed, especially for the price. I would have expected better food, staff, etc. for what we paid. Definitely worst hotel and food during our two week holiday. Would not stay there again.
The restaurant was pricy and there is an automatic service charge added so be cautious!
The air conditioning did not work and the room was 32 Celsius. I arrived so late I just turned the thermostat low and opened the window, hoping it would cool by morning. Unfortunately it did not. I told the front desk and their only compensation was a free cab ride and breakfast (which they knew I didn’t have time to take as I was getting the cab to the airport). I’ve communicated with the property to get further compensation, and they are not responding.

I had low expectations based on other reviews but just needed something close to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised as this property exceeded all of my expectations. It was clean, the shower was nice, the bed was comfortable, no complaints
Hotel is clean and conveniently located. Overall, the staff is very friendly. A few things were over looked however. At check in, there was a long line and only one person working the front desk. There were no options to check yourself in. Went to hotel restaurant and waited 30 minutes only to find out the chef had left, and then at the end of the experience, wrong room type was given at check in.
