Arrive on the day check in early cant get a room unless you pay extra 30quid , fair. We left our luggage’s and went to London. Arrive at 10 pm very tired jet lag . Woke up at 2am room to hot humid no point complaining at that time the next day spoke with reception to move us. Nit a pleasant sleep on iur first night

Great for price

Great stay, close to airport and accessible with the hotel hoppa bus only about $15 to ride the shuttle. Air conditioned and clean! Tube station down the road making it accessible to London city center but can take some time

Inedible sandwich from the restaurant which went straight in the bin. They didn’t receive my request for a cotbed and when it was eventually brought to the room there was no padding at all on the bottom. My toddler ended up sleeping with me. The air-con did next to nothing. It was a particularly hot day so we both ended up sleeping on the floor with two pillows.
