Have stayed at this hotel many times before with no problems, but it has become majorly run down. the cleanliness area at the spa changing rooms is terrible, lots of mould in shower’s ( refused to shower my children in there) , door’s don’t lock and the jacuzzi pool has been out of order the past two times we have stayed with no explanation upon booking or arrival, and still not fixed. Family room with no bath. Spoken to manager who never got back to us after waiting 1 and half hours for her in lobby. The food service was over an hour and half wait for our food order even thou it wasn’t overly busy

A very nice and convenient hotel. Large -- we had the room farthest from the elevators which was a bit of walk for us as seniors. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. But on arrival, for checkin, they had my wrong address on the registration form which had been completed in advance without my knowledge.

From start to finish the experience with this hotel was unpleasant. We arrived early from Canada. We asked for early check in, willing to pay for this service. No one at the front desk was able to give us a clear answer on whether or not this was possible. Once finally in our room, there was no fridge as promised. The front desk had one brought up which as the size of a large washing machine. It took up half the space for clothing and had no shelves in it. The toilet ran continuously and we informed it had been looked at but it was never fixed. The bar staff was extreme slow and unfriendly.
