I think the facility looks nice and appears clean but beware there are bed bugs and the hotel clearly doesn't take that matter seriously or inspect daily. Thereby exposing their guest to a terrible experience at there usual high prices. A photograph on my son's arm taken a week after the incident.

Language issues with the staff, especially in the restaurant. US chain trying to attract US business travelers with no CNN or other American channels. Was deliberately trying to get information on hurricane Irma to see where it was going relative to my house.

As noted, tele service was not working during our stay which was an inconvenience. Otherwise, the people were nice and the room was comfortable. Taking a taxi to the airport vs. the shuttle costs approximately the same for 2 people ... 3 or more, definitely the taxi as it is faster, especially from the airport. Best way to get to downtown London is either the underground (oyster card) or Heathrow express.

Great stay before a flight. Quiet and comfortable. Recommended.

The hotel is right next to the airport, you can see it from the runway! Worked great for our 11-hour overnight connection. There is a hotel operated shuttle that will take you there, but there is no need to pay for the shuttle (4.5 GBP per person). Just go to the public ("Central") bus stop at the airport and catch one of the free red double-deckers. Few short stops later you'll be right at the hotel door. We had an early morning flight to catch and the free red bus worked great again, we just had to cross the street to catch it. Very convenient!

Staff very slow to check in. Dissappointed that the Shuttle to Heathrow was not free and it's more if you don't purchase the ticket in the hotel. The orbitz site was not clear.

The hotel is conveniently accessible from Heathrow via the Hoppa bus. We stayed here to connect between an evening flight one day to an early morning flight the next day. They start their breakfast at 6 am which was great, and the buffet was extensive. We had a short stay, but the reception and restaurant staff were all very attentive and helpful.

very very very nice, the comfort is outstanding. The only bad thing is that the Bar on the lobby closes at 7pm, tha is too early

The restaurant food is by far the best thing about this hotel. Many of staff are undertrained and struggling. Took 5 minute argument to get reservation accepted. Got upgraded to executive floor since remodeling was so noisy. Unfortunately hearing system did not work and had to have 2 space heaters. Not the Marriott quality I am familiar with. It would also help if staff was more proficient in English language.

Not much to write about. It was 45-60 minutes to central London, with traffic, and uber cost 27 pounds to get there in that time. 30 minutes with no traffic and 22 pounds for that. We slept comfortably in a very nice clean room.

I was disappointed with this hotel. After staying at a very nice Marriott on a different part of my trip (in India none-the-less), this hotel comparatively was old, dreary, and dated. The carpet in the hallways was old, worn, stained, and had fraying seams. The walls need to be repainted. The rooms were also in similar shape.

Everything was great except the toilet. It wouldn't flush. Took two tries to get an answer at the front desk. A guy came up and after a few tries we heard a flush. He said there was nothing wrong and I just needed to pull the handle down all the way. What we discovered was you had to pull the handle down repeatedly until it flushed. It looked like it had been repaired once or twice. For what we paid for the night, it was unacceptable.

Good location, but had problems checking in, they could not find my reservation even with my confirmation #. Not sure who's at fault but it was frustrating. Then we were told at 9 am drilling would start above us on the fourth floor. Very noisy especially for my one year old.

Hotel has really went down since our last stay. Front desk staff "Gaian" is very rude. Room was in need of make over. I would suggest a different hotel, there are better choices.

Except for the construction noise during the day, we found the accommodations of the hotel very acceptable. Room was clean, with updated bathroom design with tiles and granite, sheets were clean but the Tv was hard to turn on using the remote.We arrived early around 10:30 am but was allowed to get rooms that were ready to occupy, because we asked.Usual room availability is 3 pm.

The hotel is located close to the airport. We were picked up by the shuttle and dropped off quickly. The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help us with everything. Next time we are in London we will stay here again. The gym was nice and the pool was cool. The beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff keeps the hotel nice.

Used the hotel on a short layover flying from US to Italy. Very easy to catch the Hoppa bus to/from terminals. Room was clean and quiet. Hotel has 24 hour room service which was beneficial for my late night arrival.

The staff was wonderful and the room was great! There was even an American electrical outlet in the room for added convenience. We stayed overnight prior to flying back to the States after a week in London. The Shuttle was convenient to get us to Terminal 5 which was about a mile away but took about 20 min because of the stops. We were told there was a complimentary shuttle but that was not the case. I believe it was 5 gbp per person.

As noted, tele service was not working during our stay which was an inconvenience. Otherwise, the people were nice and the room was comfortable. The hotel is right next to the airport, you can see it from the runway! Worked great for our 11-hour overnight connection. excellent stay, like a jewel in the middle of nowh
