Efficient, friendly and on time.
My sons AirPod case fell out of his pocket. He tried to go back and get them, but the plane was closed. He was sitting in 19 B. We’d like to get them back.
got our luggage 45 mins after arrival? Easyjet should do a better job with luggage
On time departure and early arrival.
My only issue was the time given between flights to go through customs and security and then make our flight. No one at the airport could assist us in getting through customs any faster which caused us to run through the airport. Gate closed one minute after we arrive. Immigration, customs and security process in Chicago is outrageous and makes me never want to go through there airport ever again. I actually probably will make sure to avoid it at all cost in the future.

A cheaper way to reach the airport is via an Aerobus, which costs about €6 and takes forty-five minutes. There is no Aerobus during the night, but the N17 public bus can be used. If you are driving to the airport, parking is available staring at €0.70 for up to thirty minutes to €14.65 per day for over four days. It is important to know which terminal you need before departing for the airport, as arriving at the wrong terminal can mean a thirty-minute delay to reach the other. There is a large variety of shops, restaurants, and eateries at the airport, catering to all your preflight needs.
