Convenient walk from terminal 2. Super clean! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly giving directions, suggestions, and tips.
The location right in Heathrow was nice. The rooms were extremely small. Barely 3 feet on two sides of a queen bed. No window. Sit sideways on the toilet so your knees don't hit the wall. But very clean and very comfortable bed.
A large hotel, with a horrible and impersonal service. Since we entered the reception, everything was a trail. We were assigned a room with a smell of urine, I requested that they clean but there was no cleaning service available. They did not change our room, nor did they give us a follow-up to ...
The room was dirty, head boards were falling apart, plastic peeling off, blood or other fluids all over bathroom wall, clock didn’t work , pillows worn out, dirty, walls dirty , cleaners loud talking at 8am in hall. Ciggy butts everywhere out side, over price soda and snacks , tried to charge me ...
Convenient for the airport and quiet, but run down. Most staff friendly but not the lady on check out who made it abundantly clear that she was doing me a massive favor by looking at me when I spoke and simply would not answer any question directly or simply or intelligibly. All I wanted was my invoice ...
Very clean, minimalist room with hardly any furniture other than the bed....but that led to us knowing to room was super clean
Room clean and comfortable enough. Found it impossible to contact by phone to get information on how to get to the property from the terminal. No info available on the confirmation or on line after making a google search. Ended up taking a cab and dropping 21 pounds for a 7 minute drive when I could ...
Look, overall, the place is a decent budget hotel...and I *must* emphasize the 'budget' part. Firstly, the bathrooms are tiny. Super tiny. Microscopically tiny. Did I mention that the bathrooms are tiny? Because they are. The rooms are small, but if one is simply using it as a place to crash after ...
Great location. Very clean. Good breakfast, great amenities. Kevin (concierge) is so incredibly helpful and friendly. He helped make a good trip great!!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very hot in London while we were there. The air conditioning unit did not cool down the room. We talk with a dozen or so other guests and they all had the same complaint.
