It was our first trip to London and this was a great hotel. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean. It was a great location.

Very convenient to both the bus (right out front!) and the tube. On an incredibly walkable street with shops and food options aplenty. And I can't not mention the royal gardens right there in the backyard, which we were able to see from our room. Though unassuming from the street and the lobby, this hotel is a gem.

Nice business trip stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms and great value

The staff were eager to please, the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel restaurant and room service excellent. the rate is very reasonable, especially for a five star hotel!

3 days with fantastic view and very nice staff at any time of the day!

Not value for money despite elegantly renovated rooms and view of Ken Palace. Easy access to V & A, Albert Hall and High St shopping

Made a quick trip to London for a football match and some sightseeing. Stayed at the Royal Garden Hotel for a good price. Overall it was a good stay in a very nice and very clean hotel in a great area. Only had one issue in that the room was not yet available when I was there to check-in, however, did not need it at the time and they were able to take care of my luggage. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was great, but as a tourist looking to see all sites in London and be close to nightlife, would prefer to stay somewhere west of Hyde Park next time.

Very nice hotel, good location for my needs. Was on business and underground was 5 min walk. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Concierge was very helpful.

This was a first class hotel with very pleasant staff. The restaurants were really good. I would stay here again as it was very good value for the rate charged. The Internet was a bit pricey and the gym was small with limited equipment. The views over the park are really pleasant.
