American airlines is the best

I feel it’s not fair to give Orbitz or BA a bad rating but being the middle seat with and overweight person beside you is horrific. This guy was overlapping into my seat. Both passengers, on each side, at several points were hogging the armrests and I was miserable. I know... I bought the cheapest ticket but this shouldn’t happen at any price.

seats are very cramped. Very little room. Clustrophobic. Worse seats can be reclined which leaves about afoot from your head to the seat in front of you. Horrible for a transatlantic flight

Baggage in time

Only negative aspect was no check in kiosks at the airport. However staff was very friendly and pro active

Everything great with Virgin but I was connected with Iberia air from London to Madrid. That flight was poor. Late take off. No reclining seats. No food for 2 hours or water. Very rocky landing.

Only disappointment was no wi-fi

Feb 7, 2019

Great service in the economy plus. Very attentive flight attendants.
