No heating in the room If would appear this is the hotels policy now to save on electric bills This has happened to me several times In different Ibis hotels You cannot set the air on unit because they have overridden it and they offer you a heater instead Pretty shocking in the winter to be honest I will never stay in another Ibis hotel

The Ibis was a great hotel for a night’s stay in advance of an early morning flight. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were efficient and friendly. The only draw back: despite being so close to Heathrow, you can NOT walk between the two locations. It would have been helpful if the hotel website explicitly stated this.

Very handy location for getting to Heathrow. Room was spacious and bathroom was spotless and modern. There was an error with my booking meaning I had to have a twin room instead of a double, but I was given free breakfast. Buffet breakfast was also good!
