It was an inexpensive airport hotel. Nothing fancy. We stayed overnight to make an early flight. Close to a bus stop with a direct line to Heathrow.

There is no shuttle to the airport although it is advertised as having one on travel websites. There are nearby bus stops, but they don't seem to go to every Heathrow terminal. I was told breakfast was included in my stay, but when I came down the next morning, an employee accosted me in the dining area. To my surprise, it was not included in my stay and he was very angry with me. His reaction was disproportionate and aggressive. I spoke to the front desk staff, and there were no apologies, only an insistence to pay for the mini croissant I had picked up from the breakfast area. The whole ordeal was ridiculous. I don't recommend staying unless you are extremely clear on your booking terms, as employees cannot be trusted to inform you and you will end up paying for it. TL;DR: no shuttle, breakfast not included, dreadful customer service.
Phone calls to reception were never picked up. Wifi was simply awful.
If you're looking for an inexpensive room near Heathrow you'd be hard pressed to find one at this rate. The room was clean but the rest of the property was very tired. The hallway on our floor smelled of cooking grease and the air conditioning took about 5 hours to cool a very small queen room.

The place is clean and basic (no tea or coffee in the room but it is available free of charge in the dining area). The concierge staff were friendly and helpful but the dining staff in the evening seemed really run off their feet but were courteous.

The room was so dirty! I don’t think they vacuum the carpet often. The bathroom was clean. My bed sheet was cleaned but omg my husband and I could not sleep because we were very itchy because that was something on that bed or bed sheet.

Close to Heathrow A shuttle to the terminals is a must for me to come back. Local bus is not convenient for getting in/out of Heathrow
I did not see anything unique about the property. The towels in the bathroom looked very old. I try to book a taxi, and it was done wrongly for 8 am instead of 5am.
Quick check in. Good room for the price. Free breakfast had a decent selection.

Good breakfast and overall comfortable hotel. There is a major problem though. The location is terrible. While it is close to the airport there is no way to walk and the underground stops are about an hour away. There are bus connections but as someone not from London I have no idea how the bus system works. The actual hotel airport shuttle does not go there.
Clean rooms. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. As close as you can be to Heathrow. Free bus right out the front door. What more could you ask for an airport hotel. Highly recommend.
