Took the 105 bus from Heathrow right to the hotel and it is only a 2-3 min ride. Had to walk a couple of blocks to catch the U3 bus to the tube at Heathrow. The walk from bus to tube was only a few minutes. It is about a 45 minute ride on the Piccadilly line to downtown London. Or just 15 minutes on the express train.
Okay for overnight stay. Small rooms. Not much to around the hotel.

Very short stay of one night to catch an early morning flight. Extremely convenient for this purpose. Can't really speak to any other aspect of the hotel. Walls are thin though so could hear any loud passers-by in the corridor.
Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Room was basic and a little strange. Only one USB charging port in the room. Strange noises at times through the night that may have been from the plumbing. An OK place to sleep at the airport.
The property was clean and the staff were very helpful and quick. I requested a crib for my child and the front decal brought it in less than 5 minutes.
It was an inexpensive airport hotel. Nothing fancy. We stayed overnight to make an early flight. Close to a bus stop with a direct line to Heathrow.

There is no shuttle to the airport although it is advertised as having one on travel websites. There are nearby bus stops, but they don't seem to go to every Heathrow terminal. I was told breakfast was included in my stay, but when I came down the next morning, an employee accosted me in the dining area. To my surprise, it was not included in my stay and he was very angry with me. His reaction was disproportionate and aggressive. I spoke to the front desk staff, and there were no apologies, only an insistence to pay for the mini croissant I had picked up from the breakfast area. The whole ordeal was ridiculous. I don't recommend staying unless you are extremely clear on your booking terms, as employees cannot be trusted to inform you and you will end up paying for it. TL;DR: no shuttle, breakfast not included, dreadful customer service.
Phone calls to reception were never picked up. Wifi was simply awful.
