This hotel was in a convenient location for a long layover at LHR. I was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The staff was the very best; very happy to assist with directions and ideas for sightseeing. Great experience.

Dirty rooms. The carpet and wall had stains. Couldn't describe what was on the walls - I was so disgusted. There was water damage on the ceiling. The hotel staff was nice but would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great for families, it has all the essentials we needed, restaurant has free buffet for kids check ages first with every paying adult.. Free water bottle, coffee maker in room, Galaxy hot choc to make as complimentary.. Nice to start your day..

The staff was friendly and always there to go the extra mile for you! The most comfortable beds I've ever slept on! Would go there again! Great food in all the restaurants! A great barista for those morning coffees!

The entrance was about the nicest thing about this hotel. The floor had a horrible pungent moldy water smell which I told the front desk about. Would make you nauseous if you stood in the hall for too long. Ice machine didn't work on 3 of the 4 floors I went to. Building looks very outdated. Mattress was ok but the pillows were a bit on the hard side. Pool had a sign that it was open until 10:30pm but they wouldn't let anyone in after 7:30pm. Room was clean and the Indian restaurant downstairs was great. Had I known about the condition of this hotel however I would not have stayed there.

I loved this hotel- after a few hiccups with the breakfast (I had prepaid for it but it was not showing up on my account and had to get a manager involved) the rest of my 16 hours there was lovely. I was somewhat surprised to have to pay 5 pounds for the shuttle to Heathrow, I erroneously assumed it was a free shuttle, but overall loved the Crown Plaza concept and decor and will seek this brand out on other trips.

Excellent staff, very professional. Would definitley stay there again.

Good place to stay overnight between planes.Takes about 25 min to get to terminal 5. Pool doesnt accept kids after 8pm, indian restaurant was awful, but breakfast was pretty good. a bit old hotel, but great that they havea pool recommend, would come again

No complaints. Excellent and reasonable room service.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient for Heathrow Airport. We were there only long enough to get a couple of hours sleep before we had to head hom to Houston, but I was impressed with the cleanliness, the amenities, and the comfort of the beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel if in the London Heathrow Airport area.

The hotel is wonderful...couldn't ask for more for the cost of what I pay. Almost absolute cleanness. The only thing is you get nothing for free. You have to pay for everything, and they are very expensive. Even though the hotel is quite near to the airport, they do not run a free shuttle. Instead you have to take the Hotel Hopon bus and it is 4 pounds each way per person. If you order room service, the food is very expensive, and they even charge you for the tray the food comes in. You also have to pay for Internet access whether wireless in the lobby area, or Ethernet in the room. Ridiculous that they charge that much for the service. Still, I would stay there again, but will definitely find somewhere else to eat.

From check-in to check-out, this was a sub-par hotel experience. I expected much more from a Crowne Plaza. The rooms were dirty, the restaurants were dirty, there was an additional charge for almost EVERYTHING, and none of the staff seemed interested in helping the guests. I have had better stays at cheap motels! Also, the convenience of the location comes at an additional cost if you're relying on public transportation; the shuttle from Heathrow is more than twice the cost of pre-paid Underground fares.

The hotel is excellent: no noise from aircraft, comfortable room, good dining. The location is just minutes from Heathrow by "Hoppa" bus. The bus fare is about US$6.00, which is too much for such a short trip, but the bus is convenient and runs often.

I would highly recommend the Crown Plaza to anyone traveling to the UK. The only precausion would be if you plan on spending the majority of your time in London, you may want to find a closer venue, but locations not an issue this is the place to stay. They have great eats, plenty of spirit, and all the creaure comforts for away from home travel.

Everything went very well

Very proffessional and helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent accomodation and service. Like a second home to us that week.

The Crowne Plaza London Heathrow was very quiet and comfortable. It is easily reached from Heathrow Airport by a two mile shuttle or taxi ride(small fee). The rooms were large with adequate closet space for hanging clothes. There was, however, only one suitcase stand. There was a large desk and work area with internet connection(fee). Also a table with two chairs. The beds were large and very comfortable. Each room has an individually controlled air conditioner thermostat. The bath was large with a combination shower and tub. I arrived on a Sunday mid-morning at Heathrow with a very ill traveling companion. I called the hotel and without hesitation was quicly given admittance to our room several hours before regular checkin. We used in room dining every evening and were more than pleased with the prompt and courteous service. The meals were always cooked exactly as we specified and delivered when promised. I was impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was. They went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and offer suggestions for sighseeing nd other aactivities. If you don't mind a small commute into London this is the perfect hotel to visit. It does appear to be more of a business oriented hotel being so close to the airport. The seem to cater to the airline personel.I am very concerned with noise levels when I travel and I encountered none of the noisy hallways or loud public areas although they were quite busy. I am looking forward to a return stay at the Crowne Plaza Heathrow this June.

The Crowne Plaza near Heathrow is a very comfortable hotel to stay while travelling. The desk gave me a free upgrade to a business room which had a great desk and lots of room. The room itself was luxurious for an airport hotel in that price range in the UK. It is easily reached by the Hotel Hoppa - takes 15-20 minutes.
