The room was generally clean, staff Friendly enough. The bathroom was not good - the shower was broken and not attached to the wall correctly, hanging off. It was also dripping through the night with clear issues with the shower. The way the shower is, water goes everywhere outside making it a health hazard

This hotel is really lovely and reasonably priced for the quality and closeness to the airport. The shuttle service was convenient and fairly frequent, and theres taxi options also. Super comfy beds and cery spacious

Avoid the bar!

Place is nice and gd location. Bar is a complete rip off!!! Happy hour is a lie, doesnt count for draft beer! Main thing is not one staff member speaks proper English!!!!!! So hard to understand!

Easy access to Terminal 5

Beautiful hotel. Chose it to be close to Terminal5 Heathrow. Brilliant. Stepped from train and a few minutes covered walkway to Sofitel. On leaving , few minutes walk again to Departures. Easy.
