Amazing hotel, great for families with staff who are extremely helpful, kind, and engaging, especially those with young children! The rooms and general hotel area are clean, easy to navigate and comfortable. This is our second stay and we intend to return in the future.

Very large. Double hotels under one roof Breakfast was great but dinner menu needs to be more down to earth and less phew-phew food. Would have liked a good plate of fish and chips. Staff was awesome. Rooms were absolutely soundproof.

Very close to the airport with a bus stop right near by that runs very frequently. Very accessible to the Piccadilly tube line to central London. The room was clean and had a nice view of the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The sport bar inside was very nice.

Great hotel, modern and clean

Nice new modern hotel. It was only marked down on the comfort as our children (16 & 13) didn’t find the sofa bed very comfortable . Restaurant is good too. 2 of us took an early flight and had to leave before breakfast service (which started at 6:30am) but got offered a breakfast bag with little pastries, fruit and a juice. Shuttle bus was on time and only took 10mins to terminal 2. All in all a very nice hotel and conveniently located for Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3. Car park was big and cost £16 per day if paid at hotel (more if paying on machines outside). We only needed it for 1 night. Don’t know if you can leave it parked whilst away on holiday. I believe it’s only for the duration of your stay at the hotel, but not sure.

Wonderful stay, we were greeted with a surprise package for our kiddos. 10/10. Transport from the Airport was quick and easy, we opted for taking the bus from Terminal 5. All you do is tap-on with Apple Pay/Card on the 423 bus. Bus Stop 6 at the airport and then get off right in front of the hotel at Newport Road. It only cost about $4 for our family. To visit London from the hotel, catch the same 423 bus to Hatton Cross, hop on the Picadilly Line and get off at Green Station to walk right by Buckingham Palace to Big Ben and the London Eye. ~5 mins to the palace, ~ 5 mins to Big Ben. I was super nervous but the transportation was very easy. To come back to the hotel, just go in reverse or you can hop on Westminster at Big Ben then transfer at Green Station back to the Picadilly line. Here’s some bus schedules, but just use Google Maps, super easy!
