Surprisingly impressed with American!

Feb 9, 2020

I came away very impressed with UNITED AIRLINES. The staff was friendly and they seemed like they were never stopping food service during our 10 hour trip. They gave us meals, snacks, beverages like every 2 hours or so. On flight entertainment was amazing as well. Great selection of movies and shows. I would definitely fly United again! Oh, and did I mention they had amazing prices? 😊

My screen at 38J was broken so no entertainment for the entire trip.

Unable to upgrade and all electronics didn't work.but attendant was helpful

Air New Zealand has no agreement with TSA, so very much disliked going thru regular lines while having PreCheck & Global Entry. Seats are a bit outdated and leg/footrest not comfortable for a tall person as they are fixed/no adjustment possible.

Nov 11, 2019

I was extremely uncomfortable. The person in front of me put his seat back. The person next to me leaned on me. The person behind me shoved her knees into my back. The space is ridiculous. Do you realize that you can’t even take your shoes off when the seat in front of you is down? Your cheapness will destroy your company.

first time flying Air New Zealand, and it was amazing. I loved the free WiFi, being able to work and stay in contact with family.
