Very pleased

Jan 14, 2020

The crew members were fantastic. One specific crew member made everyone laugh with his jokes. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. The flight went by faster by the crew member’s entertainment.

Jan 11, 2020

Flight attendants did not greet passengers upon boarding. They were facing away from the boarding passengers and talking to each other as if they were alone. It was not just me they ignored. They ignored all of us.

nothing at this movement

The lady at check in allowed me and two others to upgrade to first class since our birthdays were the week before. She was SO KIND to do that since the flight wasn't full!
