Flights Review

Feb 23, 2020

For the first time in years, I had a genuinely friendly flight attendant. 🤗

Jan 30, 2020

Seats too narrow.

Nov 30, 2019

Delay made for a very short time between flights and came close to missing connection. Glad we made it.

Nov 16, 2019

Plane was dirty is only complaint

Oct 28, 2019

Baggage claim area divided by bathrooms and baggage claim information A lot of people waited 20 minutes at the wrong baggage claim area because you could not see where the next ones were located. By that time our luggage was taken to a different area.

Feb 5, 2019

Flight from Chi to Flint the pilot mentioned that the plane broke down earlier in the day. There were several in the cabin that were freaking out after he said that. The guy behind me was very nervous before that was said. Then he took it to a whole another level after that with his panicking. Not my favorite experience.

Nov 24, 2018

Mom has a good flight!

Sep 5, 2018

No enough time to get to connecting flight when the gate is too far. Way too far

Sep 5, 2018

Arriving earlier tha scheduled to destination

Sep 4, 2018

I did not like that I had to pay $25.00 for my carry on bag each direction.
