The staff were great!!!!

Feb 24, 2020

I missed my first flihht out due to traffic, no fault of aurline. The person who helped me at the counter was very friendly and booked me immediately on standby for the next two flights. When I went to the gate I saw three Pilots sitting down from the airline. I mentioned that I had missed my flight and one of the pilots asked me where I was going. I told him, then he got up and walked away without saying anyting. About a minute later he came back and told me that the next flight I was waiting for had plenty of seats so I should probably have no problem getting that flight, and then he told me my connecting flight to my final destination was pretty tight but there was another flight after that that had plenty of seats and I should be okay. I was very impressed because I did not ask him to do any of that, he did that all on his own. That was very thoughtful of him and I was very impressed with the pilot.
