They need to get more modern but I guess it’s a budget airline and probably can’t compete while offering affordable prices. Probably won’t fly them again

The flight attendance acted annoyed when I asked her to hold down the door so I could lift my luggage into the overhead bin. She made no effort to help and had to ask a second time. She was old and maybe that is why.
