Front desk guy with the piercings and jewelry was somehow annoyed that we interrupted his Instagram time or whatever he was doing. However, other than that one individual at check in, the entire staff was friendly and attentive. From the bartenders to the elevator and front door staff to the maids. Each and every interaction was attentive and courteous. Hotel location cannot be beat! Everything we wanted was within a short walk or 5 minute can ride. The hotel itself is perfect. It's new and fresh, our room was well laid out and had a fantastic view. I would recommend wearing a sleeping eye mask. While there are motorized black out blinds on the windows, the flashing lights of the enormous electronic billboards outside will blink their way through the smallest of uncovered cracks around those blinds. Yes, gaps quite literally fractional millimeters allow just enough light to slip through. But, a simple sleeping eye mask will cancel that slight annoyance. The rooms are quiet, I never heard my neighbors nor street noise. If you only have a weekend in NYC as we did, I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Outstanding stay!

Very nice room. Spacious and clean. Very nice hotel as well. The gentleman at the front of the hotel opening the door and helping with bags was very nice. So helpful and caring. Also had lots of compliments so that was the cherry on top!

Let me just say this hotel has been life, if your booking a time square high level room Is best you can enjoy the most beautiful city bright lights and moment of NYC I loved it here my one year anniversary was well spent here and I couldn’t have it any other way thank you Tempo i will be back :) 10/10

Again a fabulous time. We just love this hotel. The location is awesome. It is very close to Hell’s Kitchen which has less touristy food options. The staff is so accommodating.
