I Love ti fly with Bilaris
over all everything it was fine
You shouldn’t be charging to check in baggage should allow 1 per person
Way better than Volaris
You missed your clients. You don’t honor 24 hours cancellation policy as you state in your website. Horrible company. You lost me for ever as a client and I’ll definitely shower the web with one star review for months to come. You suck as a company and I truly hate companies like yours for giving a bad name to our great nation. You belong to third world company. You are cancer to a great democracy and capitalism. You are stealing from your own people
This is the bad cervices I never got on my life I never used this line again and I never recommend to anyone
A lost my fly
They cancelled my flight and they continuously keep delaying my flight without explanation. They say there are issues with the plane when reality is they keep cancelling flights over a strike. They should have informed all passengers and they have refused to reimbursed us for our flight and want us to get another one and pay full price
I’m very unhappy with the luggage handling. We payed to have our luggage check in and both brand new luggages were broken when I received them.
This airline is a scam. I was not allowed to flight with my own son because I didn’t have a notarized letter from his dad. Even though he was there. And there is nothing in my receipt saying I needed it. No other airlines have ever done that before. But I was refused a boarding pass anyway. My mom ended up flying by herself and saw it was an overbooked flight.t. They split up a family flying together with no remorse, for just a little bit of profit.
Flight felt fine. Wish I knew about the tourist charge; I may have chosen another airline.
Long line no one to help to get boarding passes. Missed flight
This flight should be refunded as volaris overbooked this trip.
