A beautiful hotel, warm & helpful staff.

The architecture is beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful. I loved it so much, can’t wait to go back. Such a great experience. Especially for my first time visiting the city.

Nice staff. Beautiful old colonial property but very modern. Great location. Absolutely perfect

It felt like walking into history while enjoying the luxuries of modernity. Absolutely breath-taking from the moment we walked in. Restaurant had great options and authentic Mexican flavor. I also appreciated the ease of getting a Covid test for travel back to the U.S.

An old building, bathroom was updated and modern. It had a sitting room which was nice extra space. Staff was friendly, responsive and courteous. Offered a good breakfast.

Property is beautiful and the design of the hotel is very traditional and extremely comfortable. With modern upgrades. Theirs many Restaurants within walking distance. Checking in was quick and easy. It must of taken me 5 minutes to check in.

They need more people they were short handed .my luggage took too long time to vome in my room. Also we arrived at 4pm and Room was not ready. We waited one hour but the gave us 2 free drinks voucher.

A beautiful historic building within walking distance to the main square of historic Guadalajara.

The hotel is in an historic building with a quirky history. It is well located for a brief, casual visit, located within walking distance of interesting buildings and squares.

The architecture is unique and the location of this place is prime

Despite hotel is located in a busy street, I was able to sleep well, it’s well built, noise proof, I love the antique design with modern features, it was clean, friendly staff, it has a restaurant. I have a nice stay.

I had a wonderful time staying at the Hotel Morales! The rooms are super spacious, tidy, and well-kept up. Faviola gave commendable service at the front desk. When I arrived at 5 am due to a delayed flight, her kind spirit was a delight to encounter upon my check-in. When I discovered that my room did not have a balcony as I expected (apparently some rooms have them, others don’t although the hotel descriptions says otherwise on the Orbitz website), she arranged for me to move to a room with a balcony the next day. The only issues I had were spotty wifi-which can happen in any hotel-and I had to let the shower water run a while before it got hot to my liking. But these were truly minor shortcomings compared with the pluses of my stay.

Hotel is very nice, reception was very welcoming.

Clean, bed comfortable, good location It’s only a few blocks from the main plaza
