From the second you walk in you’re greeted by the staff there. Everyone was super helpful and very nice. Room was exactly as shown in pictures. It was very clean and they also provided travel accessories you might need. Room was cleaned everyday which we loved. Breakfast was made fresh every morning. The hotel is also located downtown so it’s close to other restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be booking again.

Super clean and comfortable room. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting Centro Guadalajara. Evening dining was very good as was the buffet breakfast. Very good wait staff. I highly recommend this hotel while visiting.

My family and I love staying at Hotel Morales. The rooms are clean, updated and roomy. The food is delicious and has many options to choose from. The desk staff could be more welcoming but get their job done. The hotel is near shopping, eating and churches. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

This is a wonderful hotel with a lovely staff in the ideal location for visiting Guadalajara. Downtown and all the major sites are within walking distance and it feels very safe walking around the area of the hotel at any hour. The hotel has so much charm and character.
