Upon check in we were given a room the shower didnt work properly the pull button for the shower head didnt work it was broken. Then later that day our room started to leak there was a giant puddle of water coming from the ceiling. Was asked to be moved they took us to a room and the door wouldn't open so they took us to another floor to a different room yet again.
The hotel is in good shape and is close to every thing I like it I really recommend 👌

Pool water was coold cigarettes buds around pool area not clean, rererestaurants refused to sale a desert to us even do they were willing to sale us a café they Said they were closing we wanted it to go bad experience they do not acomidate visiters we go home with a bad experience. Aldo congratulate Raquel she is great at her job, In the room shower head was clogged it sprayed all over the place not safe water sprayed out of shower curtain too short doesn't do it's purpose. loved the art work in rhe place.
They let us get the room 4 hours before and let us check out 2 hours after

It is right in the middle of everything. Great place to stay at. Everything within walking distance. Staff was great, took good care in making sure I got to the airport in time by arranging a taxi pickup for me and wake up call. Rooms were very clean and secure as well. Definitely will be staying here in the future.
