The rooms that we were gonna be given were 2 bed when originally they were supposed to be king bed rooms. One of the rooms we got their door key/lock was not working. Had to have someone unlock it for us each time we wanted to enter room. The parking was not big enough for guests. My room sheets were dirty and had to be switched before I went to bed. Their “24 hr” room service was not available. The waiter at the restaurant was not friendly. Bad experience overall. Will not be returning.

The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and in an amazing location. It is only a 5 minute walk to the cathedral, main square, and light rail lines 2 and 3. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However...I found several roaches crawling throughout my room during my stay. I told the front desk and I asked to speak to the manager. They told me his name was Christian and that he would be available the next day to speak with me. Each day of my visit, I asked to speak to him. He never called me, and he never seemed to be there, morning, afternoon, or evening. The staff did offer to change my room, but the manager never reached out to me despite my repeated requests and attempts. That's truly poor customer service, especially when a guest brings a dead roach to the front desk and says they want to speak with the hotel manager. So, buyer beware with Hotel Dali. it's a nice hotel if everything goes well, but if something isn't right, I wouldn't expect management to be there for you. The staff seems like they care, but the management clearly does not.

The staff lacked any type of energy or customer service really. The room was neglected it was dirty there was hair everywhere there was no coffee waiting for us. There was a blue and red light flashing all night outside. The window the blinds could not be closed. There was no ballet parking was very strange we had to park in two different garages during our stay and the bell hops were less than attentive. We have stayed at hotel dolly four times previously and it appears the quality keeps lowering each visit .
