the only thing to improve massages can be little better.
Bathroom didn’t work and they never went to check or fix and the room was really cold and they don’t have heater, woke up at 5am because people party downstairs and go upstairs to make noise and didn’t let us sleep. They had sex all night and didn’t consider how loud they were.
It’s a great property. We stay at the Riu Guadalajara every time we visit Guadalajara. It’s central located and staff is very friendly and welcoming. We’ll return to this property for our future visits to the city.
Amazing staff great breakfast attentive service
Staff went above & beyond to address our needs. We were on our spring break vacation visiting family. We had my 4 year old with us & the deli had ran out of milk but they went to the local convenience store & brought us some. We also needed medication in the middle of the night & they ran to the pharmacy for us. I’m super impressed. I will definitely stay there again. Beautiful hotel, great night entertainment & so much more. Their breakfast was also delicious.
