The people, with a full profesional at all the best of quality.

Staff very helpful and kind. VERY CLEAN, Nice rooms. Restaurant awful.......

The hotel was extremely clean and fresh the staff attend to me and my family right away the dining area was excellent with excellent service and great food my room was cleaned every day fresh comfortable and spacious

Nice and clean property next to convention center. Breakfast option was added at booking about $10 per person is worth it otherwise it is $20 per person if decides at hotel. TV a bid small for the room , bed was comfortable.

excellent location,great service, cleansed,good breakfast

Great location ! Property was nice and clean and staff were very friendly!!

I have stayec previouslyat the Westin and I love the view of the city, cleaningness , the staff, food erc..

Nice hotel with pleasant staff. The spa, however was disappointing. The masseuse was not ready for the time of the reservation, and the individual was not trained properly. Maybe it was an off day for that person. The hotel manager was good to make the proper adjustment.

The hotel was nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The wifi worked GREAT. I worked from my room all day every day using their basic 3 Meg speed wifi and never had a problem; I didn't need to upgrade to the 10 Meg package. I had a problem with the mousepad on my laptop and they loaned me a wired mouse for the week. That was GREAT service. The negatives: 1) Just like every hotel I've ever stayed in the food quality was mediocre at best. Why can't nice hotels serve food as good as that from other local restaurants? They charge more and the food isn't as good. I'd usually rather eat at a McDonald's for $8 than $25-$30 at the hotel. This was true for the Westin too. As I've alluded to, this isn't a Mexio vs US difference in quality because I've experienced this at every high-end hotel I've ever stayed at (excluding the Mariott in Moscow; very good food there). 2) The morning I checked out I went downstairs to wait on my ride. There in the lobby it appeared that a couple of tourists had spent the night on the couch or something. This is not the appearance that a hotel like the Westin should be presenting, I think. But, I could have misinterpreted the 2 bodies entwined on the dark couch and the table stacked full up with dirty dishes beside them I suppose. Would I stay here again? Yes. The hotel was fine, the staff was great and I doubt any others would be better.

Terrible staff, I arrived at 10am and refused to check me in unless I paid early check in rate, they were rude and even laughed at me. I will never be back to that hotel.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Every time I am in Guadalajara I choose this hotel because is near everything and it is pet friendly!

Towels look dirty. They look dark, maybe a good wash will help.

The food that we requested to our room was VERY BAD.

I don't normally give long reviews but this one deserves some comment...The first room we were placed in smelled slightly of body odor (1004) and had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. It only got worse from there… We were placed across from a larger room, the residence of which, along with the rooms on either side of us, held an all-night party keeping us up till about 4:30AM laughing, singing, slamming doors etc., and this after calling the security at 3 AM to intervene. The next morning we requested to be moved so that we could get a better nights sleep. ( i'm surprised that they did not offer) They moved us to a "premium" room for the inconvenience, which is another way to say an I denticle room on a higher floor. they moved us to room 1506 which smelled significantly worse (feet or body odor!), but before unpacking I asked to be moved to a third room (1805) which was OK, again, call the premium room but identicle to the other two. The concierge service personnel were very friendly but unprepared. They mainly wanted to stick us on a tequila tour. When we asked for other options they said that they would prepare some materials and get back to us, but never did. In general they did not seem familiar with the town. The hotel needs to get maps of the city, know what some of the best restaurants are and be prepared with some unique sightseeing opportunities for those wanting to experience Guadalajara and the surrounding towns...other than getting drunk.

THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT OUR STAY IN THE WESTIN GUADALAHARA WAS:THE DINNER...(THEY SERVE OUR ORDERS (STEAK AND FISH FILET WITH NO GARNISHMENT....WE HAD TO ORDER THE VEGETABLES AND POTATOES... AT BREAKFAST BUFFET...I HAD ONLY A CUP OF COFFEE BUT THEY CHARGED ME 260.00 PESOS FOR IT...I HAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CHARGE TILL THEY REMOVED FROM MY BILL. THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE DEPT MUST BE IMPROVED

Great hotel very well located near Expo. The breakfast not so great but the lobby bar is pretty cool.

EL check in fué rápido, ya me he hospedado anteriormente en este hotel. Me gusta el servicio que tienen hacia los clientes, así como la fachada y limpieza del hotel.
