Didn’t have breakfast as we had a very early flight to catch. Great stay- safe and extremely clean facilities. There is a Starbucks downstairs, convenience store (oxxo), chilis, and plenty of restaurants. Very convenient place to stay especially if you have an early flight. Will definitely come back next time I’m in GDL.

An accident happened in the bathroom. My 65-year-old mother slipped in the shower, hit the back of her head, and was unconscious for several seconds. The shower floor becomes very slippery with soap and water, and there are no mats to prevent this. A doctor was called, and she was seen for a very high price, which I believe should be covered by the hotel since they lack the necessary safety measures to prevent these types of accidents. The staff says the hotel is not responsible and that this isn't the first time they've had this type of accident. Check-out is at 12:00, and very early in the morning, they knock on the door and shout to ask if the room is vacant. They should respect guests while they are in their rooms and not disturb them. I hope they can improve because the hotel is in an excellent location.
