Horrible customer service. Every single time I come here. Because I come often they are close to airport. They don’t have “my pre paid” reservations! They don’t know anything about Orbitz it takes 30 mins or more to check in. Because they don’t know about online 3Rd party reservations
I am really disappointed with the hotel for so many reasons, so maybe next time I would look for a different brand, hotel

The hotel itself is pretty nice , very convinient to the airport, free breakfast . Only knock is the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is only from 11pm to 3 pm so only overnight which is kinda the whole reason i got this hotel so i couldnt use the transport because i got there at 5pm .
Overall good but I tried calling after my flight so one of there taxis can pick me up from airport no answer at all
