This is the second time I book (giving it a second opportunity) however both times their “shuttle transportation wasn’t available” keep in mind most of us getting a hotel close to the airport is because of the convenience of the shuttle. So I ended up paying an extra $40 dollars for Ubers. Never again will I be staying here.

Pésima experiencia. Hay constitución frente al hotel y estån trabajando hasta la noche - el día que yo llegue al hotel fue el såbado. Un par de horas después de check in, se va la luz y el agua. Me estaba bañando y me quedé sin agua, no había agua para usar el baño, lavarme las manos. Decidí no quedarme en el hotel por que sin agua es complicado, una necesidad båsica. Les pedí un rembolso y me dijo la persona que me ayudó, Edgar, que tenía que iniciar ese proceso a través de Expedía, después ellos se comunicarían con gerencia, y gerencia decidiría si aprueba el pedido. Así que no se si aprobarån el rembolso. Se debería de aprobar ya que aunque dicen que no hubo agua ni luz por la construcción, estas son båsicas en una estancia. La luz no llegó hasta que nos fuimos que fue a las 11:11 pm. El conductor del shuttle llegó después de las 11. Hasta su compañero estaba molesto ya que él lo llevaría a sus casa. El agua de la regadera no drenaba, tarde como unos 4 minutos en el baño antes que se fuera el agua, y al irnos, mucha agua seguía en el baño acumulada. Queríamos pedir servicio al cuarto y el teléfono no funcionó, no tenía timbre, no línea.
